CFG-NE certificates may be suspended or terminated in the following circumstances:
Certificate expiration without renewal or extension: If the holder does not apply for renewal or extension in a timely manner before the certificate expires, the certificate may be suspended or terminated.
Inaccurate or False Certificates: Inaccurate, incomplete, or false information provided by the certificate holder violates FDA regulations and may result in the suspension or termination of the certificate.
Illegal export of products: If the certificate holder exports products in violation of the requirements of the certificate, such as to a country or region not specified in the certificate, the certificate may be suspended or terminated.
Product quality or safety issues: If a certificate holder's product has a quality or safety issue, it may trigger an FDA investigation and review, resulting in the suspension or termination of the certificate.
Failure to cooperate with FDA reviews or investigations: Failure of the certificate holder to cooperate with FDA in conducting necessary reviews or investigations may result in the suspension or termination of the certificate.
Other violations: In addition to the above, if the certificate holder violates other FDA regulations or laws and regulations, it may also result in the suspension or termination of the certificate.
In the event that the certificate is suspended or terminated, the holder may be required to take the necessary corrective actions and reapply for the certificate once the relevant requirements have been met.
