The outgoing year of 2023 is the first year of the post-pandemic era. This year, China's artificial intelligence and new energy are becoming new economic growth points, but China's economy as a whole still has a long way to go. This year, a new round of manufacturing transfer is being staged on different continents, and global competition is still fierce and full of uncertainty. Under the new situation, a group of Chinese entrepreneurs are actively forging ahead, looking for a way out, and making a global layout in Asia, Africa, the Middle East, Europe and the United States.
The EMBA Forum of Peking University Development Institute and the Peking University Cross-Cultural Leadership Forum jointly held a seminar on "Leadership in Transnational Contexts: Opportunities and Challenges", inviting entrepreneurs and executives from various industries such as healthcare, new energy, science and technology, agriculture and other industries who are participating in global operations to give keynote speeches and exchange ideas on the vision, ability and character shaping of international talents and the opportunities and challenges of Chinese enterprises going overseas. At the same time, the seminar will also invite senior economists and management experts from the Peking University Development Institute to provide insights for Chinese enterprises to break through the situation and rebirth in a transnational context, and help Chinese enterprises open their horizons, look at global cooperation, and serve the global market.
