The total length of the Gaoligong Mountain Tunnel is 345km, the maximum buried depth of more than 1,100 meters, is the Dalui railway project. Shaft 2 has a vertical depth of 640 meters, which is equivalent to the height of a 200-story building. Due to the need to cross 16 extrusion and crushing zones in the construction area, the main tunnel has only been excavated for more than 240 meters, which is extremely difficult to construct. Shaft 2 runs through seven aquifers, and the weak surrounding rock is often accompanied by mud inrushes and water inflows, with a maximum water pressure of 7 megapascals, equivalent to 700 meters of water. "Waterfall overhead and pedal stream" is the norm of underground construction. In such an environment, more than 600 slag slag needs to be transported to the surface through the bottom of the shaft slag transfer system every day, and a hooker needs to pull a one-ton hook by hand an average of 60 times a day.
