The sound of reading aloud permeated every corner of the room

I got up early in the morning, washed up, took out Tang and Song poems or classical articles, and began to read aloud. It takes about 30 minutes to read aloud the 12 excerpts.

If the time is relaxed, I will find the classical texts that have been memorized and recorded before, and read them again. A lot of it has been forgotten, and re-reading it only slows down the rate at which memories fade.

Those classical texts, such as Wang Bo's "Preface to the Pavilion of King Teng", Zhuangzi's "Leisurely Travel", and Tao Yuanming's "Words of Return", once took some time and energy to memorize them, and they were once very familiar.

Those Tang and Song poems or classical articles that have been read aloud and memorized seem to have been integrated into the cells of the brain and become a part of the body. If you forget, if you disappear, there will be a sense of reluctance.

Life is like this, you gain and lose at the same time. Memory is like this, time is like this, and life is like this.

The only thing we can grasp is the present. When the sound of reading permeates every corner of the room, the heart is stretched, the brain is tranquil, and the space of the heart is full.

The sound of reading fills the room, there is a sense of tranquility, peace and pleasure, it nourishes people's hearts, gives people strength, and gives people full of energy.

If there is the sound of television, games, loud talking, or even quarrels and invectives in the room, then there is less peace, less harmony, and even less happiness in the room.

Lao Tzu said in the twelfth chapter of the Tao Te Ching: "The five colors make people blind, the five tones make people deaf, the five flavors make people feel refreshed, the galloping hunt makes people crazy, and the rare goods make people get in the way." It is to take the saint as the belly, not as the goal. Therefore, go to the other and take this. ”

Translated into vernacular: colorful colors, dazzling; noisy tones, which make people auditory dysfunctional; Sumptuous food, so that the tongue does not know the taste; Indulging in hunting, making people feel crazy; Rare items that make people behave badly.

Therefore, the saint seeks to have a full stomach and does not chase the pleasures of sound and sensuality, so he abandons the materialistic desire and maintains a stable and contented lifestyle.

Therefore, people who have the Tao only seek to be full and not indulge in lust, abandon the ** of materialism and keep their inner peace. Therefore, in the face of the outside world, there must be trade-offs.

The room needs to read aloud, and the space of everyone's mind needs to be quiet, and it needs to be enriched with knowledge and wisdom.

Give it a thumbs up and encourage you!
