According to the overall planning at the national level, Henan is involved in the layout of national hub cities, including southern Henan, eastern Henan, western Henan and central Henan, among which Zhengzhou in central Henan is an international comprehensive transportation hub, and Luoyang, Nanyang and Shangqiu in western Henan, southwest Henan and eastern Henan are national comprehensive transportation hubs. But it seems that northern Henan still needs room for improvement.
However, in terms of the layout of the national logistics hub center city, Anyang has entered as a dry port-type national logistics hub"14th Five-Year Plan"List of the first batch of national logistics hub construction. From a dry port-type national logistics hub city to a modern regional center city, Anyang's new development blueprint has begun to be drawn.
Recently, the Development and Reform Commission of Linzhou City, Henan Province issued the "** Procurement Intention from February to March 2024", which will conduct public bidding for the preparation of the pre-feasibility study report of the Linzhou section of the Anyang (Linzhou) Intercity Railway from Puyang to Heze. The procurement budget of the project is 1.72 million yuan, and the estimated procurement time is March 2024.
An overview of the project's procurement requirements is as follows:
Anyang (Linzhou) via Puyang to Heze Intercity Railway Linzhou section of the research scheme, at the same time research project to the west to connect to Changzhi Station scheme, south through Yuntai Mountain to Jiaozuo Station scheme (Linqi Town station), east to Anyang East Station station transfer scheme, Puyang Station to Zhengji high-speed rail scheme, Heze Station to Beijing-Xiongshang high-speed rail scheme.
Anyang (Linzhou) via Puyang to Heze intercity railway, that is, the planned Shanghai-Taiyuan (Shanghai to Taiyuan) high-speed rail corridor in the Anyang to Heze section.
According to the preliminary research plan, the Shanghai-Taizhou high-speed railway starts from Changzhi City of Zhengtai High-speed Railway, passes through Anyang City and Puyang City in northern Henan, and connects to Xuzhou Railway Hub in Heze City in southwest Shandong, and connects with the existing Beijing-Shanghai High-speed Railway, Xusu-Huaiyan Railway, Yantong Railway, Shanghai-Tong Railway and other lines to form a high-speed rail channel from Taiyuan to Shanghai, which is an important support for Jinzhong, northern Henan, southwestern Shandong, northern Jiangsu and other regions to integrate into the Yangtze River Delta economic circle.
Among them, the section from Shanghai to Xuzhou uses the proposed North Yangtze River high-speed railway, the existing Yantong high-speed railway and the Xuyan high-speed railway, and the Changzhi-Taiyuan section uses the existing Zhengtai high-speed railway. The section from Xuzhou to Changzhi is a planned new line. The total length of the Shanghai-Taihai high-speed railway corridor is 1,350km, of which 817km is the length of the existing and proposed lines, and 533km is the planned length of the new main line.

In February last year, the Shanghai-Taizhou high-speed rail corridor (Xuzhou-Changzhi section) planning and construction coordination promotion meeting was held in Xuzhou City, Changzhi City, Shanxi Province, Anyang City, Puyang City, Henan Province, Heze City, Shandong Province, Xuzhou City, Jiangsu Province and other four provinces and five cities, will jointly promote the construction of the Shanghai-Taizhou high-speed rail corridor (Xuzhou-Changzhi section).
Previously, Xuzhou City has launched the planning study of the Shanghai-Taizhou high-speed railway (Xuzhou-Heze section) in 2021, and completed the preparation of the project pre-feasibility study report, and submitted the report text to the Jiangsu Provincial Railway Office and *** in September 2022

According to the provincial-level spatial strategic layout, western Henan has the leading development of Luoyang, the sub-central city of the Central Plains urban agglomeration, the leading development of Nanyang, the provincial sub-central city of Nanyang, the newly planned high-tech zone in southeast Henan and the leading development of Xinyang, the linkage between Shangqiu and Zhoukou in eastern Henan, and the construction of a modern regional center and a strong city in northern Henan, and the integrated development of Anyang, Hebi and Puyang as a whole!
The linkage development of northern Henan, Anyang is the core, and it is necessary to improve the channel, upgrade the hub, and support Anyang to integrate into the regional coordinated development map, so it is necessary to promote the overall promotion in strengthening the hub energy level and building an open door, from the construction of a double cross channel for passengers and goods to the linkage of land ports and airports.
The planned Shanghai-Pacific high-speed rail corridor from Changzhi to Heze will be very important for building a new hub in northern Henan, because the Anyang Hongqiqu Airport, which has just opened for operation, has laid the foundation for the construction of Anyang comprehensive hub, and now the planning and construction of cross-shaped high-speed rail lines is a new boost for Anyang cross-regional coordinated development demonstration zone, a strong modern regional center in northern Henan, and a land-port national logistics hub city.
