3. Long-term continuous operation
It is best not to use the mixing host of the concrete batching plant for more than 24 hours continuously, otherwise whether it is the overheating of the equipment and the service life will decrease or the wear of parts will increase exponentially.
Regularly inspect the wear and consumption of concrete mixer blades and the welding place between concrete mixer blades and petioles, record the abnormal phenomena found and select corresponding solutions to solve them. Clean the inside of the mixing drum in a timely manner.
4. The distance between the stirring blade and the cylinder wall is not suitable
The distance between the mixing blades and the cylinder wall is not suitable, either too far or too close. It can affect the mixing effect or cause unnecessary wear and tear on the equipment.
Before the machine starts to run, the relevant personnel should carry out strict inspection, change the lining plate in time, and avoid the gap between the discharge door and the cylinder.
5. The quality of the equipment is not up to par when it leaves the factory
If it has nothing to do with later use, then it is necessary to consider whether the quality of the mixing blades of the mixing host is unqualified when the equipment is purchased, and it is easy to wear out in use, resulting in frequent replacement.
