Before the launch of the "Sending Warmth" activity in 2024, the Federation of Trade Unions of the Autonomous Region organized trade unions at all levels to carry out two surveys of employees' difficulties in different fields and industries, using methods such as questioning, listening, checking and recording, talking to employees in difficulty, visiting neighborhoods, cottages, neighborhoods, communities, etc., to verify the basic information of family population, housing, economic income, employment, children's schooling, medical expenses, etc., and a total of 7,439 households of employees with difficulties.

According to reports, there are five categories of condolences in the "Send Warmth" activity in 2024: first, 2,649 model workers across the country and the autonomous region (292 national model workers and 2,357 model workers in the autonomous region); the second is to express condolences to the representatives of all kinds of employees who have been filed; the third is to fully cover more than 4,578 households (people) of employees who have not been included in the file but have real difficulties in life; The fourth is to express condolences to the representatives of key groups such as new employment forms of laborers, public security officers, migrant workers, sanitation workers and other front-line workers who stick to their service posts during the festival, as well as front-line workers in areas with difficult conditions and urgent, difficult, dangerous and heavy tasks; Fifth, condolences are given to the representatives of enterprises (units) with long-term losses, many historical debts, and difficulties in production and operation.
