The first performance was held in Helsinki, Finland. In the hall, more than 300 spectators gathered together, and the golden dragon of about 17 meters long danced with the rhythm of **, suddenly towering, as if rushing to the clouds, and suddenly low, such as breaking the waves into the sea, the scene of meandering and moving, is spectacular. Among them, the Renhe Yuanxiang Dragon and Lion Troupe and the Finnish team members performed "Chinese Dragon" together and won full applause. "The shape of the dragon dance includes 'coiling dragon', 'dragon soaring', 'dragon out of the palace', 'Chinese knot', etc., among which the 'dragon wangwei' shape is the first appearance. Sun Xiaowei, deputy head of the Renhe Yuanxiang Dragon and Lion Troupe, introduced that this program was specially choreographed for this performance, integrating 10 movements such as traditional movements such as "eight-character dragon dance", "dragon piercing tail" and "leaping dragon tail", as well as technical movements such as "lying down dragon dance", "rocking boat dragon dance", "2-person combination" and "3-person combination" that can only be seen in competitive competitions.
The Yuanxiang Dragon and Lion Troupe has participated in major cultural events at home and abroad, such as the Sino-German Cultural Year, the 2004 Athens Olympic Games, the 2018 Pyeongchang Winter Olympics, the 2022 Beijing Winter Olympics, the Paris Chinese Culture Week, the World Historical and Cultural Cities Expo, and the opening ceremony of the 18th Beijing International Tourism Festival. Seven years ago, students from Finland and Estonia came to Shunyi to learn art, and the two sides became acquainted with dragon and lion dances. Among the eight members who participated in the performance, the oldest was 40 years old and the youngest was 18 years old, and the number of years of learning dragon dance ranged from 10 to 34 years.
