Production line process and visual needs

The application scenario of the project is the cell blanking code disc of the cell-module process section of the lithium battery production line. In the assembly process of power batteries, three layers of process sections are mainly involved: battery cell process section, module process section, and battery pack (pack) process section. Work together to create an efficient 3D vision solution

The project uses vision software and Epic Eye X industrial 3D cameras independently developed by Migration Technology to guide KUKA robotic arms and fixtures to unload the disc.

High precision, photo time 15s, which can quickly generate complete and accurate point clouds for cells with complex surface structures.
