Recently, Qingyuan Technology's first integrated photovoltaic and storage project, Guangdong Panasonic Jiangmen 2MW 8MWh energy storage power station, was successfully connected to the grid. This cooperation is the third successful cooperation between Qingyuan Technology and Panasonic Electronic Components (Jiangmen).
The green, low-carbon, safe, efficient, and intelligent management of the integrated photovoltaic and storage project built by Qingyuan Technology will help Panasonic's low-carbon factory to reach a new level of development.
"Storage" moves forward to activate the green power engine
With the long-term environmental vision of "Green and Intelligent Manufacturing for a Better Future", Panasonic Group is working together to achieve the dual carbon goals from two aspects: its own energy conservation and emission reduction impact and the impact of business contribution and emission reduction. Qingyuan Technology gives full play to its advantages in the field of green energy to create an integrated photovoltaic and storage project that fits Panasonic's green vision.
The project uses the roof of the existing factory building in Panasonic Jiangmen Park in Guangdong Province and the idle space in the factory area to build two modules: photovoltaic and energy storage. The installed capacity of photovoltaic is 4MW, and all of it will be connected to the grid for power generation in 2021, with an average annual "green power" power generation of about 3 million kWh.
The energy storage power station is equipped with a complete monitoring system and fire protection system, using 400V low-voltage grid-connected, 4 sets of 45-foot standard containers with thermal insulation, corrosion resistance, seismic resistance and waterproof effects, and each set of energy storage system has a capacity of 05mw/2mwh。The energy storage system has the advantages of high safety, long life, good economy and resource recycling, and is suitable for circulation and floating charging under a variety of harsh working conditions.
Combine photovoltaic energy and storage to build a green power self-sufficiency center
In order to fully ensure the smooth construction of the energy storage power station project, the subsidiary Qingyuan Yijie strictly controls the on-site safety in the early stage of project construction and the construction process, adheres to the quality control, and ensures the smooth and orderly progress of the project.
After the completion of the project, the energy storage system adopts the operation mode of energy storage during low hours and discharge during peak hours, so as to alleviate the pressure of electricity consumption during peak hours, save energy costs of enterprises, improve the utilization efficiency of source resources, and help achieve the national goal of "carbon peak and carbon neutrality". In case of emergency, energy storage can also be used as an emergency backup power source to improve the reliability and safety of power supply.
