When Yaksha got the news, he hurriedly reported the matter to the Dragon King of Jinghe. After all, on the way to seek scriptures, whether it is the gods of the underworld in the dark or the monsters that grow wildly, there are many people who eat people. No matter how young the dragon king is, he is still a well-organized god. Just like other gods who made mistakes, in the end they were reprimanded with a few gentle rebukes, beaten twice, and burned Lao Jun for two days, and that's it.
Besides, the Jinghe Dragon King is not an ordinary little dragon king. His status is second only to the Dragon King of the Four Seas. He is not only the brother-in-law of the Dragon King of the West Sea, but also the head of the Eight Rivers.

However, in the concept of the Dragon King of Jinghe, it is not enough to kill chickens with a knife. This little thing is not to that extent. Needless to say, what happened next was that the Dragon King of Jinghe was ambitious and was about to slap him in the face. When Yuan Shoucheng was in power, the Jade Emperor suddenly issued a holy decree:

However, during the journey to the west, other dragon kings also commented privately. For example, Sun Wukong made a big fuss in "Zhu Ziguo", saying that the cure must take rootless water. For this reason, he specially found the Dragon King of the East China Sea and asked him to make a rain, and the Dragon King really agreed:
The old dragon was in mid-air, transporting water and saliva, and never left the "palace." In one more hour, the Dragon King will resign from the position of the Great Sage and return to the sea. ”
It rained for a whole hour, but in the end, nothing happened, and I wandered back to the East China Sea. Some say it's because the rain is too light. Because the Dragon King sneezed and there was not much rain, he would not be punished by the Jade Emperor.
So, in Haoshan, Sun Wukong also went to the Dragon King of the East China Sea to pray for rain. This time, the Dragon King of the East China Sea found his three brothers, and it rained heavily:
Chic and dashing, densely packed ......The water in the ravine flew a thousand feet, and the waves in the waves "the stream rose ten thousand silver......This is Tang Seng in trouble, the dragon came to the rescue, and the heavenly river collapsed. ”
This rain doesn't count. It's too small, just looking at this description, it's a downpour anyway, no, it's a downpour. Some people say that this is the rain of the Dragon King of the Four Seas. As the saying goes, the law does not punish everyone, and the Dragon King of the Four Seas has a noble status, so the Jade Emperor did not punish him.
Therefore, in the Wuji Country, in the Chechi Country, and in the Bhikshu Country, whether it is the Green Lion Gods, the Tiger Mighty Immortals, or the White Deer Gods, they all descended with magic and solved these problems. Why is it okay to survive the drought in the three countries?
The reason is also very simple. The book "Journey to the West" does not record how the green lion spirit and the white deer spirit ask for rain, but it records how Huli Daxian asks for rain.
In fact, in the Tang Dynasty, there were also masters who specialized in begging for rain, such as Yuan Tiangang and his uncle Yuan Shoucheng in Qintian Prison. The Green Lion Spirit, the White Deer Spirit, and the Great Tiger Immortal, the reason why they were able to make rain was actually because they sent a document to the sky, and the Jade Emperor issued a decree, and they were ordered to make rain. Since you are doing what you are told, you will naturally not be punished by heaven.
Some people may also say that since Huli Daxian begged for rain to act on orders, why did Sun Wukong tell them that Granny Feng, Yun Tongzi, Bugolangjun, and the Dragon King of the Four Seas all listened to Sun Wukong's words?
Who dares to disobey the orders of the Great Sage! But only after receiving the order, do you dare to act according to the order, otherwise, the thunderstorm will be chaotic, and it will seem that the great sage has no money. ”
This is strange, you must know that Sun Wukong did not ask the Dragon King for rain once or twice, and he did not succeed every time. For example, in the Red Boy, Sun Wukong asked the Dragon King of the East China Sea to help him make rain, and the Dragon King also said:
Although I am in charge of rainfall, I dare not specialize. I must get the Jade Emperor's testament ......”
But in the country of Chechi, the Jade Emperor has already issued a decree, and the time, place, and rainfall are all counted, but why do you still do it? The rain god listened to Sun Wukong's words again?
The reason is also very simple, because this time the Jade Emperor's will to rain was given to the Nine Heavens Ying Yuan Lei Universalized Heavenly Venerable. For this kind of urgent matter, the Jade Emperor just issued a holy decree, it will rain here, but the amount and method of rain still have to be formulated by the Nine Heavens Ying Yuan Thunder Puhua Tianzun in detail.
Secondly, the issue of motives, including the Red Boy incident, is not because the law does not blame everyone, but because the motive of the Dragon King of the Four Seas is to save Tang Seng and save Tang Seng's great cause. The same is true here in Che Chi Country. After listening to Sun Wukong's words, the gods knew that the person who begged for rain was a monster. Although the Jade Emperor's order was there, they did not disobey and just postponed the rain a little. And, too, it's done to help the experiential learning team. Judging by the motives, there was no malice and no serious consequences, which can be forgiven.
Of course, this is not the most important thing. Most importantly, the one who stopped them was Monkey King, and who was Monkey King?
On the one hand, he is the Monkey King of the Heavenly Court. Most gods would not dare to go against his will as long as they were not particularly excessive. After all, this monkey dared to go directly to the Jade Emperor at any time. Who would dare to provoke him?
On the other hand, Sun Wukong also received the gift of Guanyin Bodhisattva. This is also the power that the Bodhisattva, as the person in charge of the Buddhist scripture project, received from the Jade Emperor:
I promise you, call the heavenly child and the earth. Earth Spirit! ”

Even in Fengxian County, the Dragon King of the East China Sea clearly knew why Sun Wukong called him at this time, but he didn't dare not come. But after arriving, I had to emphasize to him that under normal circumstances, we would listen to you, but this time the Jade Emperor specially ordered Fengxian County not to rain, so we can't listen to you.
Sun Wukong is also angry, since you don't listen to me, then why did I summon you to do you?
The dragon king said, "How dare you shirk it?" But the great sage chanted a mantra and didn't dare not come. ”
At this point, the Dragon King of Jinghe violated the holy decree and was sentenced to death by the Jade Emperor in anger, and the truth was revealed:
Under normal circumstances, the gods and Buddhas perform their own duties and responsibilities. Scope of permissions. For example, for the Dragon King of the Jing River, it is only necessary to ensure that the Jing River Basin, and even the other seven major river basins, do not have serious droughts or floods. As a dragon king, he still has this power. Otherwise, no one would compliment the Dragon King of Jinghe and say that Yuan Shoucheng would be defeated.
As long as the dragon king performs his duties normally, works according to the annual plan, and acts within a certain range, everything will be fine. Not to mention the Jade Emperor, even his immediate boss can't pay attention to the work of the Dragon King every day. Won't it be tiring?
Just like Ma Su, how you harass the enemy, how you grab supplies, how you set up camp, fight if you can, and run if you can, it's all up to you, as long as you maintain your strength. But this time, Zhuge Liang clearly ordered not to garrison troops on the top of the mountain, but to stay close to the water source.
But Ma Jian didn't listen, so there was an allusion to tearing and beheading Ma Tan:
The fault of the street pavilion for disobeying the order, and the mistake of Ji Gu not following the rules are all blamed on the poor appointment of the minister. ”

There is also the Forbidden City. Usually, the nine doors should be closed, and they should be opened. Occasionally, in special circumstances, it is okay to open early or close later.
However, today the emperor made a special decree to require the city gates to be closed. Without a decree, it cannot be opened. If you still run to open the door, then you are not far from death!
For the same reason, no matter what the purpose, today the Jade Emperor suddenly issued an order to the Dragon King of Jinghe, asking him to act according to the order. No matter what the Jinghe Dragon King usually does, but if he doesn't do what he wants to do this time, with so many pairs of eyes staring at him, does he still need the majesty and face of the Jade Emperor?
Some people may say, let's put the rain aside. Judge Cui's private alteration of the book of life and death is much more serious than the illegal rainfall caused by the Dragon King of Jinghe. Why is he okay?
The reason is simple, right?
Who can prove that Judge Choi changed his life and death record without permission?
Li Shimin or the Ten Palaces of Hell?
Moreover, the underworld has the power to change the book of life and death. We also talked about it in the last issue of "Yang Jiaofeng on Journey to the West". Ten, of course, these are not the most important. The best part?
