I'm a creator of hydraulic valves
There are many control forms of relief valves, and the choice of which control form needs to be determined according to the specific use case and the needs of the hydraulic system. Generally speaking, the commonly used relief valve control forms are as follows:
1.Direct-acting relief valve: In this form of control, the pressure oil acts directly on the main spool of the relief valve to control the opening and closing of the main spool. This control form is simple in structure, but it is only suitable for low-voltage applications.
2.Pilot Operated Relief Valve: In this form of control, the pressure oil first enters the pilot valve of the relief valve, controls the opening and closing of the pilot spool, and then controls the opening and closing of the main spool through the pilot spool. This form of control is suitable for a wide range of pressures, but the structure is relatively complex.
3.Remote Control Relief Valve: In this form of control, the adjustment of the relief valve can be controlled by external signals, so that remote control can be realized. This form of control is suitable for large hydraulic systems or where remote control is required.
4.Proportional Relief Valve: In this form of control, the opening and closing of the relief valve can be controlled by a proportional valve. This form of control is suitable for a wide range of pressures and can achieve precise control, but the structure is relatively complex.
When choosing the control form of the relief valve, the following factors need to be considered: the working pressure, flow, action speed, reliability and control accuracy of the hydraulic system. At the same time, it is also necessary to select the appropriate control form according to the specific needs of the hydraulic system to ensure the normal operation and working efficiency of the hydraulic system.
