On February 2, the unveiling ceremony of Maoming Dianbai District Gaoliangcai Food R&D Institute and the release ceremony of Dianbai Gaoliangcai Cooking Textbook was held in Dianbai District Human Resources and Social Security Bureau. At the ceremony, a strategic cooperation agreement on the research and development of Gaoliang cuisine was also signed, and the three treasures of Dianbai, Shuidong mustard, Shuidong saltwater miscellaneous fish pot, Guanzhu saltwater small-eared flower pig, Guanzhu Qinan Feifeng, Shuidong abalone juice buckle sea cucumber and other Dianbai special high-cool intangible cultural heritage delicacies were displayed.

Cool food, profound heritage. In recent years, the Maoming Municipal Party Committee and the Municipal Party Committee have attached great importance to the development and promotion of high cold dishes. Since last year, a brand promotion activity of Gaoliangcai led by the Maoming Municipal Party Committee and the city, with the extensive participation of counties, cities, relevant departments and all walks of life has been in full swing in the city. All departments of Dianbai have worked together to promote the brand building of Gaoliangcai and achieve good social results.

Over the past year, Dianbai District has continuously held a series of brand building activities for high cold dishes. Among them, two sessions of "Good Heart Liyan" special food have been held, two consecutive years have been held for the master of Gao Liang cuisine, Gao Liang Chef Niang Contest and Dianbai special Gao Liang cuisine cooking competition, the compilation and printing of Gao Liang cuisine training materials, the shooting of promotional videos, the establishment of Dianbai Master Studio, etc.

We will continue to use various carriers to strengthen the brand building of Gaoliangcai, and optimize and improve in all aspects of cooking technology, ingredient development, standardized production, supporting services, publicity and promotion, and cultural and tourism integration.
