Yang Lijie, male,Born in 1966, he joined the Communist Party of China in December 1993 and holds a master's degree in public administration and is a senior economist. He is currently the secretary of the Party Committee and chairman of the board of directors of China Banknote Printing and Minting Group.
He studied at Zhengzhou University with a bachelor's degree and a master's degree at Peking University
