Bangkok, 18 Feb (Xinhua) -- Former Thai Prime Minister Thaksin Shinawatra was released on parole on 18 February. On Feb. 13, Thailand's Justice Minister Tawi said that Thaksin was one of 930 inmates who had been granted parole this month.
