On the morning of the 25th, Chen Huixia, Secretary of the Party Group and Executive Vice Chairman of the Provincial Federation of Trade Unions, went deep into the county trade union station, the county court, the county workers' cultural palace and other places to carry out research. At the human resources and social security station of the trade union station, self-service machines, manual service windows, rest areas, reading areas, etc. are readily available, and a special public service station for labor relations has been set up to provide practical help for workers to protect their rights and interests and solve practical difficulties. There are a total of 9 such self-service "supermarket" post stations in our county, and through considerate and sensible infrastructure construction, the "last mile" of trade unions to serve laborers has been opened.
Since January this year, 44 cases have been accepted, 26 cases have been closed, 21 cases involving migrant workers have been successfully mediated, and the remaining 18 cases are being mediated, and a preliminary mediation intention has been reached. After understanding the situation, Chen Huixia affirmed the achievements of our county's litigation and mediation docking studio. He said that the establishment of the studio has made the protection of employees' rights faster, simpler and more economical, and effectively safeguarded the legitimate rights and interests of workers.
In the activity center of the county workers' cultural palace, more than a dozen workers are playing table tennis. Except for Chinese New Year's Eve to the third day of the new year, people who come here to exercise hardly stop. In 2023, the county federation of trade unions will participate in organizing more than 20 large-scale activities, which will further enrich the spare time life of employees and continue to meet the sports and cultural needs of the majority of employees.
Chen Huixia said that Yangxin is a county with a large population and a large labor export county, and the trade union is a solid support for laborers.
