But for some of the spicy chicken design institutes that I came into contact with at work, I really want to say:It's time for you to finish!
In 2024, a renovation project of our company will be won by the A Institute.
Our company has a lot of projects, simple and the unit price is not high, the payment is also very timely, and the bid A hospital, the two sides have cooperated before.
The project is divided into two parts: clean plant air conditioning renovation and electrical transformationThe total price is lump sum, and the design fee is 50,000 yuan.
The design tasks are as follows:
1.The air-conditioning part is a 100,000-level workshop purification air conditioner in part of the working area in the workshop. Some areas of air conditioning are not large, and the facilities such as cold sources and cables in the factory are perfect.
2.The electrical part is the power transformation of the office area in the workshop in addition to power electricity and fire electricity, such as lighting and sockets.
For the electrical part, we have the original construction drawings (90% accuracy), there are no as-built drawings, the office area has been used for many years, and the operation and maintenance electrician in the field must have changed.
This project is to replace the wires in the office area by renovating the shutdown of the factory, so that the design institute can draw an as-built drawing according to the current situation.
The entire office area is about 500 square meters.
Friends who are electrical majors must know how simple this project is, that is, to draw lines.
The arrangement of lights and sockets does not require accurate positioning, just count, or even count.
When winning the bid, the design task book was clear, and the reply was also very positive, making it clear that "we are responsible for the owner, and the project will be done well." We have done a lot of renovation projects and have a lot of experience. ”
But when the project officially began, things were completely different.
Exploration Phase:
Three chief engineer-level figures came to Courtyard A and arrived at the scene around noon.
The pre-discussion project is basically the state of the old fritters. For example:

At that time, the budget project cost was not enough when bidding, and you renovated so much, how to calculate that the budget was exceeded?
It is unreasonable for the design fee to remain unchanged, and we report the design fee according to the budget, how much work is not paid! (The budget cost of our company's design fee is the design fee calculated according to the survey and design fee standard, in order to avoid the design fee is too low and no one does it, our estimated project cost is much higher than the actual cost.)
