On December 21, 2023, Shentong Express officially announced the official launch of the "Spring Festival Closure", and will continue to provide services nationwide from February 7 to 12, with normal operation of transfer centers, transport vehicles, and service outlets, and a 24-hour customer service support system, continuing to provide customers with uninterrupted express delivery services.
Yunda announced that the whole network will operate normally during the Spring Festival, except for some areas (some areas are: **Xinjiang, some county-level cities in Sichuan, Yunnan, and some counties and cities in Qinghai) cannot receive and mail, and other areas are operating normally.
On January 17, 2024, Cainiao announced that it would not close during the Spring Festival, and jointly launched multiple warehousing guarantees with AliExpress.
