Integrate and improve the operation of Kunming Fruit Trading Center, achieving a transaction volume of 1 billion yuan in the first year, and an annual increase of more than 10% in the subsequent years; 
Invest about 1 billion yuan to build a cold chain logistics and processing base project for plateau agricultural products; The investment is about 4500 million yuan to build a green energy smart logistics industrial park and an all-electric light and heavy truck charging and swapping infrastructure project. 
The project will rely on the location advantages and industrial foundation of Songming transportation, with Kunming Fruit Trading Center as the core, and build Songming Headquarters Center with fruit and other agricultural products processing as the focus, supported by regional agricultural product warehousing and cold chain logistics, relying on the advantages of fruit origin in other parts of the province, to build 9 bases, and give full play to the advantages of online trading, order trading and financial third-party payment of agricultural products. Through the horizontal linkage of 1 center, the fruit and vegetable system of 9 base growers + origin warehouse + city warehouse + trading platform + marketing terminal is horizontally linked, and the fruit and vegetable industry chain of production + processing + circulation is vertically connected.
