In order to further establish a model of "Taihu Teachers", enhance the sense of honor and responsibility of teachers, and inspire teachers to actively participate in education and teaching reformAfter research, it was decided to focus on the selection and promotion of "Taihu Famous Teachers" in 2024Record the growth and struggle of outstanding teachers, and display the teaching style and scientific research achievements of famous teachers in Taihu Lake on the school's official website, school newspaper, official WeChat account, Douyin and other first-class platforms in the school. After the typical selection, interview, writing and reporting of outstanding teachers, they will be commended and awarded honorary certificates. In order to do a good job in selecting trees to publicize the "Taihu Famous Teacher" activity, the relevant matters are hereby notified as follows:
1. Selected objects
1.Teachers who have won national and provincial first-class undergraduate courses; National first-class professional leader;
2.Teachers who have instructed students to win the special prize and the first prize of the national A-class competition;
3.Teachers who have won the national, provincial and municipal outstanding educators;
4.Won in various competitions and evaluations at or above the provincial level (including the provincial level).
Teachers of the first and second prizes;
5.Teachers who have published many academic articles in provincial journals or above (including provincial level) and are influential in the school.
6.Teachers who are not covered by the above conditions, but whose teaching work is well received by students and whose teaching achievements are influential in the industry or society, can be selected after evaluation.

(1) Editorial requirements
Set up a series of columns on the school's official ** platform, "Taihu Famous Teachers' Style".The selected famous teachers will set up sections such as "personal business card", "character photo", "comments from all walks of life" and "dialogue round table" under the column, and strive to be the most prosperous, multi-angle, all-round display of the style of famous teachers. The specific editorial requirements are to be separately issued by the Propaganda Department of the Party Committee.

An editorial board composed of school leaders was set up to review and approve the reported text content of "Taihu Famous Teachers", and compiled them into "Taihu Famous Teachers", which was officially published and distributed by the publishing house to further expand the influence of "Taihu Lake".
All text writers and photographers are signed; The heads of colleges, teachers, and students who have worked hard in the process of editing and publishing this book will all thank them in the book.
3. Organizational safeguards
The selected objects are recommended by the relevant departments of each secondary college and school(The recommended list will be submitted to the Propaganda Department of the Party Committee before February 2), and the Propaganda Department of the Party Committee, the Organization and Personnel Office, the Academic Affairs Office, the Science and Technology Office and other relevant functional departments of the school will be screened according to the standards, and approved and confirmed by the party and government leaders of the school.
For specific publicity and reporting work, the Propaganda Department of the Party Committee is to take the lead in convening relevant personnel to hold special promotion meetings on a regular basis to implement the work of collection and writing
3.With the official website of Wuxi Taihu University, the school newspaper, the official WeChat account, and the Douyin account as the main release platforms in the school, the WeChat *** of each secondary college is released collaboratively, and the outstanding works are recommended and published by the Propaganda Department of the Party Committee to the national, provincial and municipal mainstream **.
