In my sixth year as an educator, I became the "frontrunner" of Duanwan Primary School. In just six years, he has changed from a class "leader" to a school "leader".

Duanwan Primary School is located in the rural area of Xinyang City, Henan Province, which is economically backward and has backward educational resources. As early as 2016, the school participated in the small-scale teacher growth training in rural areas, and on this basis, it began to gradually go out and connect with many public welfare organizations in the society, and received a lot of support.
However, the problem of feeding the students has not been solved for a long time, because many of the parents of the children here have gone out to work, so 85%-90% of the students in the school are taken care of by their grandparents.
Families do not have the financial means to let their children buy food near the school, and the elderly need to go back and forth to pick up their children to school four times a day, and they still have a lot of farmland to take care of at home. I've always wanted to change that so that kids can have a steaming lunch at noon.
It wasn't until 2021 that we began to get in touch with the Free Lunch Charity Project, passed the qualification review, and completed a series of preparations. On February 28 of the same year, the free lunch was officially opened in our school, and a total of 286 teachers and students ate in the school at that time. Currently, our school has a total of 187 students and 21 staff members eating daily.
This leading antelope, it is no more powerful than the other antelopes, nor is it more endurance than them. But it has a strong sense of responsibility and mission in its heart, and it knows that its mission is to lead the entire herd of antelopes to run on the grassland, avoiding predators and finding food.
This year, I was fortunate to be one of the Big Tree teachers and participated in the online and offline Big Tree teacher training, and I gained a lot after the training.
First of all, I learned the stories of many excellent teachers, who have contributed to the development of Free Lunch, and how as a Big Tree teacher, they have linked to other public welfare resources and received support from caring people. Secondly, and more importantly, I learned how to run Douyin on my own and link to the public welfare resources that our school needs.
During this time, I began to record the various activities carried out by the school in the form of ** and **, showing everyone the wonderful side of the school, mainly about the operation of the school's free lunch.
I insist on collecting the school's daily meal materials, producing them through editing software such as Jianying, and publishing the works on content platforms such as Douyin, so that more people can see the lunch we carefully prepared for the children.
The hard work paid off, and the effort paid off. Whether on the Internet or in life, everyone's evaluation of the quality of our school's free lunch is very good, and our intentions have been affirmed by many netizens and parents, and even the surrounding schools have said that our school has done a very good job.
After promoting through Douyin**, I came into contact with two caring people, and after getting a donation for the school, I got in touch with our village committee and got joint donations from dozens of companies.
The leading antelope is not just a leader, it is a role model. Under his leadership, the other antelopes also began to learn the art of running, becoming more agile and powerful.
