Global warming is the main environmental problem faced by human society today, and the "double carbon" goal is a major strategic decision related to China's economic and social development. With the increase in the number of air conditioners year by year, the International Energy Agency predicts that by 2050, the ratio of air conditioning carbon emissions to the total global carbon emissions will rise to more than 10%, and the research and development of advanced air conditioning low-carbon dynamic operation and energy-saving technology is the inevitable trend of the future development of the air conditioning industry, which is of great significance to the realization of the global energy conservation and emission reduction and "carbon neutrality" goals.

In view of the lack of energy efficiency evaluation methods for the current dynamic operation of air conditioners and the uneven actual energy-saving effects, Gree has innovatively developed the world's leading "key technologies for low-carbon dynamic operation of inverter air conditioners". The dynamic energy efficiency optimization control technology of air conditioner based on artificial intelligence algorithm was invented to achieve the best effect of dynamic operation of air conditioner. The room load adaptation technology based on neural network self-learning was invented, which realized the rapid temperature control of air conditioning, comfortable and energy-saving. A highly applicable AI chip based on dynamic energy saving of air conditioners has been developed, and a dynamic energy-saving hardware platform that meets the computing power of air conditioners has been established.
After third-party testing, the annual dynamic energy efficiency of air conditioners equipped with "key technologies for low-carbon dynamic operation of inverter air conditioners" has been improved by 15More than 8%, the annual power consumption is reduced by 136% or more.
At present, the project has applied for 136 national invention patents, 68 of which have been authorized, and 1 dynamic energy efficiency test standard has been formed. The results have been applied to 32 models in 5 series, and the number of air conditioners sold can reduce CO2 emissions by about 21680,000 tons.

At present, most refrigerators on the market still have the problem of large humidity fluctuations, and the inside of the refrigerator is often over-dehumidified, resulting in dehydration and wilting of fruits and vegetables during storage, and sealed storage is easy to cause condensation and rotting. It is also ineffective in meat preservation, mainly manifested in bacterial growth, juice loss rate, surface drying and discoloration. In terms of frozen storage, the long-term storage temperature of the freezer of the conventional refrigerator is only -18, and when salmon, tuna and other aquatic products are stored for a long time, myoglobin and unsaturated fatty acids are easy to oxidize and deteriorate, and the freezing speed is slow, and the large volume of ice crystals is easy to cause cell damage and thaw more blood and water.
In order to meet people's needs for high-quality preservation, Gree has been actively researching and upgrading the preservation technology of household refrigerators, and proposed to carry out the "research and application of key technologies for the preservation of fruits, vegetables and meat in household refrigerators" to solve the core technical problems of the preservation of fruits and vegetables, meat and aquatic products in household refrigerators, and apply them to a series of refrigerator products.

In order to solve the problem of fruit and vegetable preservation, Gree started to study by increasing the average humidity and reducing humidity fluctuations, and developed a fruit and vegetable preservation technology based on self-balancing high moisture permeable membrane and air source gas phase humidification. This technology effectively solves the technical problem of how to establish high humidity and stable control in complex storage scenarios of fruits and vegetables, and the humidity is measured to reach 95% and achieve stable control.
In order to make the meat tender for short-term storage, the project invented the supercooled meat tenderness preservation technology based on natural convection, which changed the freezing process of cells from the outside to the inside of the traditional micro-freezing technology, which can form uniform and fine ice crystals inside and outside the cell at the same time, so as not to puncture the cell membrane and lock in nutrients, so as to achieve cell-level fresh meat rearing. The data shows that the measured supercooling degree reaches 42. The juice loss rate and dry consumption rate of meat are greatly reduced.
Salmon and other aquatic products are rich in unsaturated fatty acids that are beneficial to human health, which can help prevent cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases. However, unsaturated fatty acids need to be preserved at temperatures below -35 to be better preserved. Based on this, the project has developed a meat ultra-frozen storage technology based on a broadband fully enclosed piston compressor, which solves the problem of rapid volume efficiency attenuation and poor reliability under the ultra-high frequency of the existing refrigerator compressor, and extends the maximum operating frequency of the R600A fully enclosed piston compressor to 120Hz, so as to achieve the long-term stable operation of the refrigerator-38, and the long-term storage of meat and aquatic products can also maintain the original tight taste, with less cell destruction and nutrient loss.
