The real murderer's hometown is hidingyears, the wife poured the urine basin and exposed the horse's feet
In April 1951, an execution site in Qi County, Shanxi Province, was about to execute Xu Desheng, a Kuomintang officer who was hated by the Chinese people for his brutal murder of the young revolutionary Liu Hulan.
However, when Xu Desheng was about to be executed, he suddenly shouted a shocking sentence: "I'm not **, Liu Hulan didn't kill me!" Although this may seem to ordinary people to be Xu Desheng's dying throes, the leaders at the scene suspended the execution because of this, and then immediately conducted a new interrogation of Xu Desheng.
From the interrogation after Xu Desheng escaped death, as well as the subsequent visits and investigations of public security personnel, an astonishing truth gradually emerged: Xu Desheng was not the one who killed Liu Hulan, and the real murderer was someone else.
However, due to the scarcity of witnesses, how can we find the real culprit and give a satisfactory answer to the heroes and martyrs under Jiuquan and the people of the whole country? Fortunately, the sky has eyes, and under the careful investigation of the public security personnel, the carefully hidden real murderer revealed his identity because of a trivial matter, and finally paid the price for killing Liu Hulan.
This article will take you to relive this history and remember the martyrs.
Liu Hulan, who died heroically at the age of 15, made the Chinese people teary-eyed.
2. The tortuous course of chasing the murdererAfter the founding of New China, all localities actively rehabilitated the heroes and purged the traitors, and attached great importance to the tragic death of Liu Hulan. According to the eyewitness description, the public security officers finally caught the real murderer Xu Desheng, but in the follow-up interrogation, Zhang Quanbao surfaced that he was the real murderer who killed his revolutionary colleagues and Liu Hulan with a guillotine.
In order to find Zhang Quanbao, the police had to start the investigation in his hometown of Shanxi. They found that Mr. Zhang's home was still there, but his wife did not know where he was.
After an investigation, the public security officers found that Zhang Quanbao's wife lived alone but had to save a pot of feces and urine every day, which indicated that there were other people living in the family. After receiving a search order from their superiors, the public security officers conducted a raid on Zhang Quanbao's home and found him in the cellar.
After Zhang Quanbao killed Liu Hulan, he was proud of his career for a time and served as the captain and company commander of the artillery company. But after the Battle of Taiyuan, he was captured alive by our army. In order to protect himself, he changed his name and surname in a prisoner of war camp, and after being reformed, he was successfully released.
After returning to his hometown, he started a small business with his wife in a low-key manner, avoiding the crimes of the past. However, when he found out that the whole country was hunting down the ** who killed Liu Hulan, he chose to hide in his cellar, but his whereabouts were exposed by a urinal.
After being captured, he was eventually sentenced to death, despite his denial and pleas for mercy. The verdict was supported by everyone and was a comfort to Liu's family and friends.
If Liu Hulan had remained in the revolutionary ranks, she would certainly have become a revolutionary vanguard worthy of admiration. But unfortunately, she died at the hands of a national scum.
Although Zhang Quanbao received the punishment he deserved, he could never save Liu Hulan's life. We can only hope that Liu Hulan's heroic soul will live forever, and her heroic deeds will always be remembered by future generations.
