According to the document, the Ivy Lithium Battery Dismantling Project is located in the New Energy Vehicle Core Parts Industrial Park, Economic and Technological Development Zone, Shangrao City, Jiangxi Province, with a planned investment of 2500 million yuan, annual processing 240,000 tons of waste lithium batteries and pole pieces.
Among them, the main project of the project plans to build 4 production lines for the utilization of waste lithium batteries, with an annual processing of 6,000 tons of waste power lithium battery cells; 6 production lines for waste positive and negative electrode sheets, processing 18,000 tons of waste positive and negative electrode sheets per year.

The company is a joint venture between Tengqingqing Renewable Resources (Shangrao)**, which is 100% controlled by Honeycomb Energy, and Guizhou Zhongwei Resource Recycling Industry Development***, a subsidiary of CNGR New Materials, of which Tengqingqing holds 51% of the shares and CNGR Recycling holds 49% of the shares.
The project adopts the industry's most advanced four-stage physical crushing treatment method, and the black powder rate can reach 99%. The black powder will be imported into the honeycomb business system for hydrometallurgy, and further manufacturing of precursors and cathode materials.
