3.Calibration cycle: The calibration cycle of an ultrapure water meter depends on the frequency and importance of the instrument.

Generally speaking, for ultrapure water meters that are frequently used or require high measurement results, it is recommended to perform a detailed calibration once a year;

For the less used ordinary ultrapure water instrument, the calibration period can be appropriately extended according to the actual situation.

4.Verification records and results: During the verification process, you need to record the values and results of each verification parameter.

The calibration record should include the calibration date, calibration personnel, calibration method, calibration standard sample information, etc.

The calibration result should indicate whether the calibration parameters are qualified or not, and the error of the calibration result should be recorded.
