What should I do if an unscrupulous boss does not pay year end performance salary?

Let's talk about my situation first, in Liangxi District, Wuxi City, Shanbei, Jiangsu **environmental equipment engineering*** to do technical work, the company has very few people, only 6 formal employees (including the boss and the boss's wife), when there is a project, find the outside labor company to cooperate, listen to the old people in the environmental protection industry, many environmental protection companies in Wuxi are such operations. When I joined the company, I didn't sign a labor contract, and I didn't agree on a salary, but I only said that I would only pay living expenses every month, and the salary would be paid at the end of the year according to the performance of the employee, but at the end of the year, the boss said that the work did not meet the company's requirements, and there was no year-end performance of the company. Seriously, I was stunned when I heard this, although I had thought that a small company was very informal before, but I didn't think it would be so informal, and I didn't expect the boss to be so black-hearted.

So, what should we do if we encounter an unscrupulous boss who does not report year-end performance?

I searched online and suggested the following actions:

1) Communicate with your boss:

First, try to have an open and honest conversation with your boss and ask why year-end results aren't being released. Listen to your boss's explanations and express your concerns and grievances. Sometimes, it's just because the boss is busy or negligent that the performance is not issued in time.

2) Review the contract and company policies:

Carefully review the contracts and company policies with the company to ensure that there are clear terms and conditions for the issuance of year-end performance. If the contract or policy clearly stipulates how and when the year-end performance will be issued, you can negotiate with your boss accordingly.

Ask for help from your colleagues: Talk to your colleagues to see if they're having the same problem. If other colleagues have not received their year-end results, they can join forces to appeal to their bosses.

3) File a formal grievance:

If the boss refuses to issue the year-end results or provides an unreasonable explanation, he can file a formal complaint with the relevant department of the company. For example, the human resources department or the management of the company.

4) Seek legal assistance

If the boss acts in violation of the contract or labor laws, he or she can seek legal assistance. Consult with a lawyer or legal aid agency to understand your rights and available legal opportunities.

5) Handle with caution:

Before taking action, think carefully about your career plans and future development. If the job is important to your career advancement, you may choose to resolve the issue in a gentler way, such as through negotiation and compromise to reach an agreement.

I took the following approach before:

1) I communicated with my boss, but the other party insisted that I did not meet the other party's requirements, and asked me to change from full-time to part-time, and was not willing to pay compensation;

2) There is really no way to communicate, I applied for labor arbitration, and I am currently in mediation, and today I conducted the first mediation, and the communication between the two parties is not very good, and there will be a second mediation in the future.

**Ten Thousand Fans Incentive Plan According to my experience, I would like to remind all workers that no matter how small the company is, they must sign a labor contract and agree on a good salary, and never expect the boss to have a conscience, in front of money, the boss is not worth two dollars.

Have you ever had such an experience? What approach did you take to deal with it?
