There are two types of structures for sewage well molds. One is split, that is, a combined inspection well mold. In the production of combined manhole molds, the mandrel and side molds should be assembled. The outer mold is composed of two half-cylinders, and the inner mold is a whole circle, but it is also made by welding and splicing. The cost of this structure is relatively low, and it is suitable for projects with low requirements for the quality of prefabricated parts.
Usually, the new type of inspection well mold adopts the disassembly and assembly mode, and the outer mold is divided into two parts, and the inner mold is divided into three parts. This makes it easy and convenient for people to disassemble during actual operation. In order to avoid using heavy objects such as hammers, chisels, etc., we should try to avoid using these tools during the disassembly process. After disassembly, we need to group each mold and try to avoid damage from exposure to the sun and rain to extend the service life of the mold.
Square manhole moulds can be available in a variety of different sizes. One of them is a size of 12 meters by 12 meters, internal dimensions of 1 meter by 1 meter, height of 1 meter. There is also a larger model with an external size of 22 meters by 22 meters, the internal dimensions are 2 meters by 2 meters, and the height is 18 meters. These sizes are not a uniform standard, but are custom produced according to customer requirements.
