Previously, the Ministry of Education issued the "Notice on the Comprehensive Implementation of the School Aesthetic Education Infiltration Action" (hereinafter referred to as the "Notice"), requiring that the school aesthetic education work be further strengthened in combination with the current scientific and technological development and progress, the trend of educational reform and the physical and mental characteristics of young people.

It is reported that since 2015, the Beijing Deqing Public Welfare Association has focused on the public welfare project of "Happy Chorus 3+1 - Promotion of Choral Art in Rural Primary and Secondary Schools" (hereinafter referred to as "Happy Chorus 3+1"), focusing on and promoting the popularization and development of choral art and education in primary and secondary schools in China. In August 2022, the project took root in Guidong County, Chenzhou. After two years of development, there are now singing voices in schools and classes in Guidong County.

This change made Zhu Feiyuan, Secretary of the Party Committee and Director of the Guidong County Education Bureau, very happy. In August 2022, Zhu Feiyuan did a survey, and there were about 22 professional teachers in the county, but driven by the "Happy Chorus 3+1" project, the number of professional teachers recruited last year reached 70. "Aesthetic education is the shortcoming of rural education, Guidong County is located in the southwest border of Chenzhou, last year we did a sampling and monitoring of aesthetic education in the school, and the children in the village received better aesthetic education, which is a good thing and a blessing for education in remote mountainous areas. Zhu Feiyuan said that such a change is a qualitative leap.

In Anren County, Chenzhou, known as the "Chinese Choral Fairy Tale County", Tang Hongliang, Secretary of the Party Committee and Director of the Local Education Bureau, also had deep feelings. Since his arrival more than nine months ago, he has been deeply impressed by the strong atmosphere of aesthetic education in Anren County. "Held a village choral festival, sent a student group to participate in the Beijing choral festival, and appeared at the ...... of the Hunan Tourism Development ConferenceThe chorus of aesthetic education is solid and steady. He said that to promote the healthy growth of left-behind children, chorus is an effective means of education. "The high level of choral singing of these children at the choral festival is inspiring, why worry about rural aesthetic education? Just give them a pair of wings and they can fly very high. Tang Hongliang said that this year, Anren County will vigorously promote the construction of the county chorus hall.

Gong Yurong, Chief of the Sports and Health Art Section of the Education Commission of Nanchuan District, Chongqing, and Wu Guofang, member of the Party Leadership Group and Deputy Director of the Education Bureau of Huangmei County, Hubei Province, and other guests also shared their excellent experience from multiple dimensions such as students, teachers, schools, campus cultural environment, and working mechanisms.

Many invited guests pointed out that chorus is an important starting point for the implementation of aesthetic education and the benefit of more children. Chen Jiahai, a second-level professor at the ** College of Henan University, was very moved and inspired after listening to the introduction of the education leaders from all over the country. When talking about how to make choral singing from a small number of participants to a topic for everyone, he shared with Henan's experience that the provincial education department began to grasp chorus a long time ago, and the choral atmosphere is very strong, forming a choral festival for teachers at all levels and a choir festival for primary and secondary school students. Through singing instead of training, the level of choral singing is improved, and the growth of professional talents is continuously promoted.

Ma Weiying, deputy secretary-general of the China Choral Association, believes that beauty is innate, and children can develop the potential of beauty by singing and learning from each other and listening to each other.

The "action" put forward the task and goal of "infiltrating the school with aesthetic education", how to create a high-spirited, civilized and elegant, energetic campus culture, and build an aesthetic education environment for everyone at all times, everywhere? In the salon, Zhang Aimin, Secretary of the Party Branch and Principal of Xinjiang Central Primary School in Suichuan County, Jiangxi Province, Tang Peng, Secretary of the Party Branch and Principal of Hutie School in Xiangxiang City, Hunan Province, and Zhou Hao, Secretary of the Party Branch of Yingshan Changchong Senior High School in Hubei Province, shared their experiences and practices.
