The preparation process of ultrapure water equipment can be divided into three types.
1. Traditional water treatment method: ion exchange method (this method is suitable for water containing more ions and dissolved substances).
Ion exchange method is one of the traditional ultrapure water preparation methods, the principle of which is to remove ions and dissolved substances in water through the adsorption and exchange of ion exchange resins. This method is divided into 2 steps: adsorption and regeneration. The basic process flow is as follows: raw water intake, through the pretreatment module (quartz sand filter, activated carbon filter, softening filter, precision filter), through the ion exchange resin bed, by the resin adsorption of ions and dissolved substances in the water, and then use a specific solvent to elute the adsorbate on the resin, to achieve the purpose of regenerating resin. After several cycles, high quality ultrapure water can be obtained.
2. Reverse osmosis equipment + ion exchange equipment.
The core configuration of the process is a reverse osmosis membrane module, in which the reverse osmosis membrane has 0The ultra-low pore size of 0001 m (equivalent to 1 6000 of the size of Escherichia coli and 1 300 of the virus) and the selectivity of the reverse osmosis membrane can reach quite high requirements by intercepting most of the microorganisms in the water outside the membrane. The basic process of the process is as follows: raw water inlet, through the pretreatment module (quartz sand filter, activated carbon filter, softening filter, precision filter), through the reverse osmosis module, the reverse osmosis membrane selectively intercepts the water, and then through the ion exchange resin bed, the resin adsorbs the ions and dissolved substances in the water, and then uses a specific solvent to elute the adsorbate on the resin, which can produce high-quality ultrapure water.
3. Reverse osmosis equipment + electric desalination equipment (EDI).
This process eliminates the traditional ultrapure water preparation process: ion exchange method, and adds EDI device (also known as continuous electrodesalination technology) on the basis of reverse osmosis equipment, which realizes ion electron migration in water under the action of electric field, so as to achieve the effect of deep desalination of water quality). The basic process of the process is as follows: raw water inlet, tap water after the pretreatment module (quartz sand filter, activated carbon filter, softening filter, precision filter), through the reverse osmosis module, by the reverse osmosis membrane to selectively intercept the water, and then through the booster pump through the reverse osmosis equipment through the EDI electric desalination equipment again, so that the effluent quality is perfect to meet the standard. In addition, because the hydrogen ions and hydroxide ions produced by water electrolysis can be continuously regenerated by the filled resin under the action of the electric field, the regeneration link of ion exchange method is not required in the process of water production. It can be seen that the process has advanced technology and easy operation, and has been widely used in electronics and other industries.
