Affected by rain, snow and ice, highway sections in many provinces were closed, resulting in the obstruction of support vehicles in various provinces. The Ministry of Transport gives full play to the role of the logistics guarantee and smooth working mechanism, adopts the method of "24-hour ** + traffic contact group", guides the dispatch of professional teams to the scene, timely deals with and solves the highway closure control, road obstruction, traffic congestion and other situations caused by rain, snow and ice during the passage, and provides guidance and escort for emergency cases, so as to fully guarantee the rapid passage of support vehicles.
At around 19:00 on the evening of February 6, at the toll station of Huai'an Hongze Expressway, support vehicles were prohibited from passing due to overweight. After the communication and coordination between the logistics and smooth work team of the Ministry of Transport and the Hongze transportation department, the special vehicles of Baodian passed smoothly.

At about 23 o'clock in the evening of February 6, 6 power generation vehicles of Fujian Electric Power will be transferred from Quannan Expressway to Shanglian Expressway, and 2 power generation vehicles will be transferred from Shanghai-Kunming Expressway to Shanglian Expressway. Due to the closure of the Shanglian Expressway, in order to ensure the smooth passage of vehicles, the Jiangxi Department of Transportation organized and coordinated the power protection vehicles to arrive in Hunan smoothly through the Pingxiang hub and transferred to the Shanglian Expressway through the Pingxiang Hub.
