Parallel folded line rope groove plastic liningAdvantages: parallel polyline rope groove plastic lining within each circumference, divided into two straight sections and two broken line sections, when the wire rope is wound in multiple layers, the upper layer of the wire rope completely falls into the groove of the adjacent two ropes of the lower layer, with the transition block at both ends, guide the wire rope to transition in the oblique section, fix the cross transition position of the upper and lower wire ropes, improve the contact between the upper and lower layers of wire ropes, and greatly alleviate the chaotic rope phenomenon when multi-layer winding, reduce the extrusion and wear of the wire rope, and prolong the service life. 2. The thumb points to the direction of the wire rope arrangement, and the four fingers point to the winding direction of the wire rope.
3. If it meets the left hand, it is left-handed; If it is in line with the right hand, it is right-handed.
4. As shown in the figure, the left and right drum transition blocks are right-handed.
6. Description of the transition block.
1. The transition block is suitable for single-rope winding lifting equipment, and it is applicable when the number of wire rope winding layers is more than one layer and the three layers are not satisfied, and it is not applicable when the three layers and the upper four layers are winding.
2. When the transition block is installed, the bottom of the 1-2 layer transition block should be fitted with the plastic lining as much as possible, and the bottom of the 2-3 layer transition block should be fitted with the top of the wire rope as much as possible.
