China Youth Daily, Beijing, February 1 (China Youth Daily, China Youth Network Intern Reporter Zhao Limei, Reporter Zhang Junbin) Today, at a press conference held by the State Council Information Office, Zhao Suqi, director of the Accident Investigation and Statistics Department of the State Mine Safety Supervision Bureau, said that the State Mine Safety Supervision Bureau will take comprehensive measures to build a long-term mechanism for mine accidents that "dare not hide" and "cannot be hidden".
Technical measures are taken to strictly prevent counterfeiting. Zhao Suqi pointed out that mining enterprises should install first-class monitoring at the wellhead and the main operation site to achieve no first-class monitoring and no operation, and all personnel entering the well must carry identification cards to accurately grasp the dynamic activity track of the personnel entering the well, so that there is nowhere to hide the fraud.
Strict reporting of mine accident information. Mining enterprises and relevant departments must strictly report accident information, and if the accident information is not reported in a timely manner and causes serious consequences, the relevant units and personnel shall be seriously investigated for responsibility, and those suspected of committing crimes shall be transferred to the judicial organs for handling.
At the same time, it is also necessary to unblock the channels for reporting safety production. Zhao Suqi said that mine safety supervision and supervision departments at all levels should announce the channels for mine safety production reports to the public, and encourage the public and miners to report through the Internet, WeChat applets, letters and other forms. All production and construction mining enterprises must set up a whistle-blowing reward bulletin board in a conspicuous position such as the mine office and the wellhead (pithead), and publish the WeChat mini-program code for reporting by the local supervision and supervision department and the safety production report of the Ministry of Emergency Management. For reports that are verified to be true, rewards should be cashed in a timely manner in accordance with regulations, and a maximum reward of 300,000 yuan can be awarded. In addition, the verification of reported accidents will be strengthened.
