I used to be a very concerned person about what other people think, always trying to explain my thoughts and actions to others. I thought it would help others understand me better, but then I realized that explanations don't change other people's perceptions, they make me more tired and powerless.
Once, I had an argument with a friend. I felt aggrieved because I felt like I wasn't doing anything wrong and was just expressing my opinion. But my friend thought I was attacking him and misunderstood me. I tried to explain my thoughts to him, but he didn't want to listen. Eventually, our friendship broke down because of this.
Since then, I have begun to reflect on my actions. I've found that I'm always trying to explain myself to others, but I'm ignoring the fact that everyone has their own ideas and values, and they are often different. Even if I explain myself to others, they may not necessarily be able to understand me. Moreover, explaining oneself does not change the perception of others, but rather makes oneself more passive and powerless.
So, I started to learn not to explain myself to others anymore. I believe that those who understand me will naturally understand, and those who don't understand me don't need me to explain. I started to pay more attention to my inner feelings and stopped changing myself in order to cater to others. I believe that as long as I stick to being myself and doing what I love, then I will naturally attract people who share my interests.
In the process, I also met a lot of people like me. They also don't like to explain themselves to others, but pay more attention to their inner feelings. We understand each other, support each other and become very good friends. We do what we love together, pursue our dreams together, and enjoy the beauty of life together.
Now, I'm no longer the one who always tries to explain myself to others. I believe that those who understand me will naturally understand, and those who don't understand me don't need me to explain. I believe that as long as I stick to being myself and doing what I love, then I will naturally attract people who share my interests. I believe that the most important thing in life is to find your own direction, keep going, and not be swayed by other people's opinions.
If I don't meet people who are like-minded with me, then why not go it alone? I believe that as long as I keep being myself and doing what I love, then my life will definitely become more fulfilling and meaningful. I believe that everyone is unique and that each person has their own value and meaning. As long as we insist on being ourselves and persistently pursuing our dreams, then our lives will definitely become better.
