This two-storey family home built from shipping containers is located in the southern part of the Greater Bay Area. The goal is to settle a comfortable home with as few resources as possible, blending in with the surrounding nature. The plan calls for the construction of three bedrooms, two full bathrooms, a toilet, a living room, a kitchen, and a space with a barbecue, garage, and laundry. For this purpose, these containers are used and are an important part of the project.
The entire project lasted five months, and finally completed a covered area of 210 square meters and a semi-covered area of 70 square meters. On the ground floor, these spaces are all addressed with three 40-foot shipping containers; Two are fully paired, one splits in half, accommodating space such as a kitchen on one side.
