In order to do a good job in the peak period of labor change and mobility after the Spring Festival and the employment work during the critical period of enterprise resumption of work and production, and provide sufficient jobs for the broad masses of women, recently, women's federations at all levels in Shaanxi Province have taken active actions to hold a job fair with the theme of "Spring Breeze Action" according to the actual local situation, effectively solve the employment problems of the vast number of women, and make women's contributions in stabilizing employment, ensuring employment and promoting development.
Take action to make employment more efficient
On February 18, the launching ceremony of the 2024 Xi'an "Spring Breeze Action" large-scale special recruitment series was held in Daming Palace Wanda Plaza. The Xi'an Women's Federation invited 13 domestic service companies to participate in the recruitment activity, providing more than 200 jobs for female job seekers. At the job fair, there was an endless stream of female job seekers, who gathered in front of the booth, carefully read the recruitment information, listened carefully to the introduction of the recruitment company on employment, salary, etc., consulted and registered personal information on the site of the intended position, and reached cooperation. 
Tongchuan Women's Federation, together with the Municipal Human Resources and Social Security Bureau and the Tongchuan Veterans Affairs Bureau, held a special job fair for the Spring Breeze Action of "Spring Breeze Sending Jobs to Promote Employment and Precise Services to Help Development" in Sunshine Square, Tongchuan New District. Tongchuan Women's Federation Women's Housekeeping opened the "Women's Federation + Enterprise + Left-behind Women" employment promotion model at the event site, and carried out the "Sending Jobs to Help Revitalization and Service Warm People's Hearts" Municipal Women's Federation Women's Housekeeping Training + Recruitment Activities, and guided left-behind women to achieve employment at home by participating in public welfare skills training such as housekeeping, nursery teachers, and e-commerce.
The Women's Federation of Hanyin County, Ankang City, actively responded to the call and held the 2024 "Spring Breeze Action" and Spring Industry Recruitment Fair to provide jobs for the majority of urban and rural women in the county. The county women's federation set up a consultation desk and distributed recruitment materials in Phoenix Square, and the staff enthusiastically provided job introductions and rights protection consulting services for the women who came to consult, helping them find the jobs they wanted.
Call for mobilization to make employment more warm
The 2024 "Spring Breeze Action" and Suzhou-Shaanxi Labor Cooperation Job Fair in Zhouzhi County, Xi'an City was held at Bayun Pagoda Square in Zhouzhi County. During the event, the Zhouzhi County Women's Federation organized Shaanxi Sanmu Pharmaceutical, Gujia Home Furnishing and other employers to participate in the recruitment activity, and these companies provided more than 100 jobs. According to statistics, this job fair attracted a total of 1More than 30,000 job seekers came to apply, helping many women find jobs nearby. 
The Weinan Women's Federation actively organized women to participate in the 2024 Spring Breeze Action and Labor Cooperation On-site Job Fair in Weinan City to help them find employment in the local area. It is understood that a total of 400 companies participated in the job fair, of which 183 companies provided more than 100 types of jobs for women, more than 5,000 women participated in this event, and more than 3,000 people reached initial employment intentions.
The Women's Federation of Ningqiang County, Hanzhong City, and multiple departments jointly held the 2024 "Spring Breeze Action" and the Su-Shaanxi Labor Cooperation Job Fair in Ningqiang County. Before the event, the county women's federation and the town (street) women's federation mobilized women and sisters who are willing to work to actively participate in the recruitment activities through the announcement of this job fair through the WeChat circle of friends and the village (community) work group. At the job fair, the staff of the Women's Federation distributed enterprise recruitment information, entrepreneurship and employment policies and other materials to the female job seekers on the spot, answered their questions, and helped them find employment with peace of mind.
Popularizing knowledge makes employment more secure
The 2024 "Spring Breeze Action" and on-site job fair for returning migrant workers in Fufeng County, Baoji City was held in the Civic Center Square of Fufeng County. At the event site, the county women's federation set up a women's entrepreneurship and employment consultation office to provide women with services such as employment and entrepreneurship policy interpretation, practical skills training and consultation, legal knowledge and family education doubt-solving, and at the same time, distributed publicity materials such as the Law on the Protection of Women's Rights and Interests, the Anti-Domestic Violence Law, and the Family Education Promotion Law to enhance their concept of the rule of law and awareness of rights protection.

At the event site, the county women's federation set up a policy publicity and consultation booth to provide employment guidance services such as policy consultation, work information, employment training registration and other employment guidance services for women with employment intentions, and distributed publicity materials such as the Law on the Protection of Women's Rights and Interests, the Law on the Promotion of Family Education, and the "Women's "Two Cancers" Prevention Manual" to enhance women's legal awareness and promote their stable employment.
Since 9 a.m., we have received more than 200 inquiries and we plan to recruit more than 100 positions. "The Human Resources and Social Security Department of the Women's Federation of Yangling Demonstration Zone will hold a special job fair for women in Yangling Demonstration Zone in 2024 in Yangling Wanda Plaza.
At the event site, the Women's Federation of Yangling Demonstration Zone also set up a housekeeping skills training and legal consultation desk to provide employment policies, laws and regulations, skills training consultation and employment guidance for the broad masses of women, and distributed the "Law on the Protection of Women's Rights and Interests", "Family Education Promotion Law", "Special Provisions on Labor Protection of Female Employees" and other legal popularization publicity materials, as well as publicity materials on the basic national policy of gender equality, and "Family Education Knowledge Publicity Manual". While providing employment assistance to the broad masses of women, we should enhance their legal awareness and provide a solid guarantee for them to achieve stable employment.
