In the process of planting rapeseed, Luoping County selects rapeseed varieties with early flowering, long flowering period, high oil yield, good disease and insect resistance, and suitable for machine harvesting, and combines rapeseed varieties with different leaf colors and flower colors such as "purple mustard", and builds a flower tent hotel in the core area of rape flower tourism in Luoping, and builds a "three-industry integration demonstration area", which radiates and drives the economic revitalization of villages such as Pinde Village and Jinji Village along the Huahai Marathon track and Pinde Village, Jinji Village, etc.
