The project structure is 29 floors above ground, 4 floors underground, a building height of 130 meters, and a total construction area of 71,837 square meters on the ground. 
Construction contentIn this project, Dashi AIoT intelligent IoT management and control platform, space scene control system, IoT access control system, smart parking system, visitor system and AI face recognition turnstile are used.
Project Highlights:AIoT visual intelligent management and control platform to achieve unified operation and management of the buildingOne screen monitors all the operation data of the building, truly realizes real-time monitoring and remote management, assists managers in making operational decisions, and commands and dispatches; Through the Internet of Things technology, dozens of subsystems such as building control, security, fire protection, and energy are centrally controlled. 
The four cockpits, including the three-dimensional cockpit, the energy cockpit, the operation and maintenance cockpit, and the operation cockpit, contain the main information such as pedestrians, vehicles, equipment, work orders, alarms, and energy consumption, so as to realize data visualization, efficient alarms, and automatic operation.
Space scene control system to create intelligent conference management
Users can keep abreast of the use of the conference room and book the meeting room in the PowerChina applet, which greatly improves the efficiency of the conference room. In the conference room, users can directly control the equipment locally through the Dashi space scene interactive screen, including single-point control and scene mode control.
The interactive screen of Dashi space scene can be used as a face recognition screen for access control and attendance; It is also a centralized control screen for equipment, which can control various air conditioners, lights, curtains and other equipment in the associated scene; It is also an information release screen, and users can push information directly on this screen through their mobile phones.

The first-class platform covers access control, pedestrian passage gates, visitors and other subsystems, and realizes multiple functions such as visitor reservation of small programs and access control linkage and dispatch.

The smart parking lot built by Dashi for the Western Science and Technology Innovation Center uses the best recognition mode to identify and supervise the vehicles entering and leaving the enterprise, so as to improve the efficiency of parking space management and use. The system realizes a variety of functions such as the linkage between parking and office scenes, the visualization of the digital twin parking space occupation display of the parking lot, a variety of parking billing and VIP vehicle occupancy tips, new energy charging reduction, fast location finding and accurate car search.
