The relevant matters are hereby announced as follows:
Recruitment method. In accordance with the principle of "openness, equality, competition, and merit-based selection", the personnel to be hired shall be determined through registration, qualification examination, physical fitness test, interview, physical examination and other links, and the employer shall sign a labor contract with the hired personnel and manage it.
The recruitment position is the first full-time firefighter, mainly engaged in front-line fire fighting and emergency rescue, and a total of full-time firefighters for fire fighting and rescue positions are recruited.
Recruitment conditions. 1. Male, high school degree or above, more than six months in the team, aged 18 years old or above and under 35 years old. Retired firefighters, retired soldiers, B2 or above driving qualifications and more than three years of driving experience (age can be relaxed to 40 years old), full-time college graduates or above are preferred.
Salary. 1) According to the actual situation, the salary of the full-time team members of the fire extinguishing post is tentatively set at 3,000 yuan. The determined hired personnel shall implement a 3-month probationary period system, including a probationary period of 1 month of fully closed training, and the salary during the probationary period is 2,500 yuan per person per month. The comprehensive salary is 5000-7000 yuan.
