Motorcycles, Kajiwa MVCAGIVA use 8 pros and cons, and can be optimized in place

Mondo Cars Updated on 2024-02-22

Two months away, my Kajiwa 150ADV (MVCAGIVA) will be a year old. The main purpose of this issue is to talk about it from the perspective of the owner, its advantages and disadvantages, changes in use, and what can be further improved.

After driving more than 10,000 kilometers, let's talk about the disadvantages: the toilet seat is small. You can compare the 150 body and the 125 body, and the 150 is so big. However, when you open the toilet and compare the sitting space, you will find that the seat space of Kajiwa is indeed a bit small. Even, some 125 models on the market have better seat space than Kajiwa. For friends who love to run long distances and motorcycle tours, if the toilet space is not large enough, just install a raincoat, pump, or install some maintenance tools, and you will inadvertently feel "how is it full"!

It's a good thing to have a dash cam that comes with it from the factory. But when it comes to normal use, this logic is more stupid. When you open the app, the preview screen loaded in it is all blank pages, and you have to flip through the materials one by one to find the materials, just like opening a blind box is very time-consuming. Moreover, the shooting duration is only 1 minute per segment, and 1 minute brings two logics. One is flipping through the material, because of the fine division, it is easy to find the picture you need; But on the other hand, because the shooting time is relatively short and the blank page is loaded, it will increase the time to find the material, and the material will become cumbersome. The dash cam app does not exactly match the mobile phone system. I have two **, one 22-year-old version is older and can be used normally. The other 23-year-old, when the AAP is turned on, there is only a flashback, let alone normal use.

The materials used for sporadic parts are more watery. It can be seen that the front brake disc screws, as well as the bumper screws, are all factory-built. I have the impression that after a few months of use, it began to rust. For me, there is no problem with the intensity of use, and I have taken it to light cross-country and long-distance running, and I have not found any traces of breakage. But for outsiders who don't understand, sigh: "Why did this motorcycle start to rust after a few months of use"? Is it a bad impression?

The electric power assist function is best to have a separate on/off key. For novices or novices, they definitely don't know how to turn it on. It is easy to cause misunderstanding, thinking that the manufacturer is falsely advertising or does not have this function at all. When I bought a car, I specifically asked the car dealer who sold the car, how to turn on the electric power assist? The reply was that he didn't know either. Later, I came back and slowly researched and found that this set of buttons is actually the same as Qian Jianghong 150. Find the automatic start-stop switch, pick it up and down twice, and turn on the electric boost. It's not long-lasting! As long as the vehicle's main power is turned off, this kinetic energy disappears by default.

After talking about the disadvantages and advantages: the factory comes with a new semi-hot melt turtle back tire. Whether you're running on paved or unpaved roads, as long as the tires are hot, their grip is very good. Unless, on a slippery tile road, if the TCS is not turned on, the tire must be slippery, as long as it intervenes normally.

When it comes to safety, TCS and ABS. After all, TCS pays for what it pays for, and it knows what it is. The general is ECO, and the advanced is IMU; When it comes to ABS's braking efficiency, the tires are warmed up, and with the braking sensitivity, I think the individual is completely sufficient, and the timing of ABS's intervention is just right.

The endurance is fantastic, and I dare say that there is no one more than it in the 150 level. 13.The 5-liter ultra-large fuel tank has a measured range and can easily exceed 500 kilometers. Fuel consumption, just started buying, 100 kilometers is about 20 looks like it, and now it's about 2The appearance of 3.

Power, divided into the front section, the back section. The first section, if it is not climbing, the speed is 3000 to 4000 rpm, directly connected to the next section, and the power is completely sufficient for high-speed sailing. But if in the process of climbing, mainly depending on the degree of urgency, the speed can only be maintained at more than 4000 rpm, continue to tighten the throttle, it will not be able to get up. It is only when it stays at 5,000 rpm that its power continues to climb. In the rear, if it reaches 7000 to 8000 rpm, it is its peak power, and the actual speed has exceeded 100. You will feel that the vibration will come from under your feet, and at about 4000 rpm, the vibration will come out of the handle. Of course, such a shock sensation is acceptable, and it is the engine resonance condition, not a disadvantage.

There are 3 places that can be optimized: first, pressure bearings. When I bought the car and came back, I used it for a period of time and found that there was resistance to the left and right steering of the faucet. This is not only the case with Kajiva, but also with the Yamaha Fuki I bought. After contacting the manufacturer, he sent the pressure bearing, which was indeed rusted when opened, and was reinstalled to improve.

It can be optimized in this way, and the pressure bearing can be coated with oil as much as possible, firstly, it can avoid water from entering, and secondly, it can prolong its service life and avoid the possibility of rust. There is also a gasket ring on the top of the pressure bearing, but there is no rubber ring below. If the rubber ring is also padded underneath, it can play two kinds of protection. When it rains, water stains seep down, and when you wash your car, water stains splash upwards. There are rubber rings on the top and bottom, so that more water stains can be eliminated.

Second, the free surface of air filtration. Look closely, there is a very small gap between the left and right shaking with your hands. I thought it was a loose screw, but after disassembling the car body and looking at it, I found that there was a screw underneath, which was specially connected to the car body through the air filter for fixation.

But it's like this. There is also a metal circle around the screw, and when the screw is put in, the metal circle will pass through the empty filter hole and get stuck in this position. It just so happens that there is a free gap between metal and plastic. In this way, there will be an abnormal sound of the train, and at the same time, it will shake as it is now, and it will look loose. Optimized, you can put a rubber ring around the screw, or by replacing the metal ring with plastic.

Thirdly, the rear wheel fenders are on the high side. If you add a fender below this, or extend the length of the original fender. Throw the mud, and it won't be thrown to the back engine position. Whether it's cleaning, including protecting some of the parts inside, it can have a great effect.

Having said all this, it is mainly responsible for two general directions. On the one hand, for fans and friends who have watched the content, provide the basis for buying a car as a reference, understand what vehicle they need, and whether the car they need meets their psychological expectations. Thank you for your continued support! On the other hand, I hope that Kajiwa MVCAGIVA manufacturers can see, actively communicate with riders, improve, build better motorcycles, and continuously improve their core competitiveness! Comment area**, see you next time!
