Although China is rich in phosphate rock resources and has a complete phosphorus chemical industry system, it is the world's largest producer of phosphate rock and phosphorus chemicals, but it also faces problems such as low level of comprehensive utilization of phosphate rock, weak ability to guarantee sustainable resources, great pressure on the green development of phosphorus chemicals, and prominent structural contradictions in the supply of phosphorus chemicals, which restrict the high-quality development of the industry.
Recently, the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology and other 8 departments jointly issued the "Implementation Plan for Promoting the Efficient and High-value Utilization of Phosphorus Resources" (hereinafter referred to as the "Implementation Plan"), which provides a comprehensive, systematic and effective solution for the phosphorus chemical industry to break through the bottlenecks and shortcomings of the efficient and high-value utilization of phosphorus resources, and also strengthens the determination and confidence of Kingenta Group to develop phosphorus chemical industry with high quality.
Kingenta Nortel Chemical***
Kingenta Group invested in the establishment of Kingenta Nortel Chemical Co., Ltd. in Guizhou, and has always adhered to the development tenet of "phosphorus-based, fertilizer-based combination, transformation and upgrading", and the project construction adheres to the direction of refinement and high-end phosphorus resources. Relying on the abundant phosphate rock resources in Guizhou Province, the company currently has phosphate rock reserves of more than 80 million tons and an annual phosphate mining capacity of 2 million tons; It also has 100,000 tons of annual purified phosphoric acid, as well as 100,000 tons of phosphorus-based new energy battery materials under planning and construction, such as iron phosphate and other high value-added phosphorus chemical products; In addition, it also has two provincial-level scientific research platforms for phosphorus chemical industry: Guizhou Provincial Phosphorus Chemical Cleaner Production Engineering Technology Research Center and Guizhou Provincial Phosphorus and Potassium Nutrient Efficient Utilization Engineering Research Center.
The implementation plan proposes to implement technological transformation and create a development model for energy conservation and carbon reduction. For a long time, Kingenta Group has been focusing on the development and innovation of key technologies, adopting the international (domestic) leading semi-hydrate phosphoric acid and wet phosphoric acid "grading utilization" to produce industrial monoammonium, nitric acid decomposition of medium and low-grade phosphate rock to produce nitro compound fertilizer, "solvent extraction" phosphoric acid purification and other new technologies and processes, which have improved product quality, enhanced product competitiveness, and led the technological progress of the phosphorus chemical industry while reducing production costs. The company also carried out special research on the low-grade beneficiation technology of reverse flotation method, and planned to transform dihydrate phosphoric acid into semi-aqueous phosphoric acid within two years, so as to achieve energy saving, consumption reduction and quality improvement. At the same time, a set of 100,000 tons of semi-aqueous acid plant is being renovated, which is expected to save 180,000 tons of standard coal.
The implementation plan proposes to increase technological research and build a solid foundation for the transformation of the whole industrial chain. In this regard, Kingenta Group realizes the purification and grading of phosphoric acid through technological transformation to improve the added value of phosphorus chemical products. The company carries out deep processing and technical transformation of wet purified phosphoric acid, which can produce food-grade 85% phosphoric acid. Kingenta Group also innovates the process of phosphogypsum acid co-production of silicon-calcium-potassium-magnesium fertilizer, using phosphogypsum and potassium-containing shale (potassium feldspar) as raw materials to produce highly active silica-calcium-potassium-magnesium fertilizer, and at the same time by-product sulfuric acid, realizing the recycling of sulfur resources.
The implementation plan proposes to encourage the balance of phosphogypsum production and consumption, continuously broaden the comprehensive utilization of phosphogypsum, and promote the digestion of phosphogypsum stock. Kingenta Group uses phosphogypsum to develop and produce a series of new soil adjustment products such as powder and granular soil remediation agents, so as to further digest and utilize phosphogypsum and phosphogypsum tailings; At the same time, environmental protection technology companies were introduced to harmlessly treat phosphogypsum, and the experimental demonstration project of soilless rapid ecological restoration was launched, which greatly promoted the digestion of phosphogypsum.
The implementation plan proposes to promote the economical utilization and improve the "three rates" of phosphate rock resource exploitation. In the next three years, Kingenta Group will expand the production process of fluorine chemical products, and use the by-product fluorosilicic acid in the wet phosphoric acid production process to promote the comprehensive utilization of phosphorus and fluorine resources; At the same time, silica is produced from silica, a by-product of anhydrous hydrogen fluoride production process, to achieve energy conservation and emission reduction.
The implementation plan proposes to improve the supply capacity of high-end products, promote the extension of the phosphorus chemical industry chain to multiple fields, and strengthen the coupling with fluorine chemicals. Kingenta Group insists on relying on the abundant local phosphorus resources to build a development model for the whole phosphorus chemical industry chain. From phosphate mining and dressing to the production of a series of phosphorus chemicals, fluorine chemicals, high-end fertilizer products and the comprehensive utilization of magnesium, calcium and other associated resources of phosphorus, Kingenta Group has formed a whole phosphorus chemical industry chain of phosphate rock, phosphoric acid, phosphorus chemical products, new energy materials and comprehensive utilization of phosphorus and fluorine resources, producing high value-added products such as water-soluble fertilizer, potassium dihydrogen phosphate, food-grade phosphoric acid, new energy precursor materials, and realizing the high-value application of minerals, acids, salts and iron. Compared with the traditional process, the added value of phosphate rock products per ton will be increased by more than 2 times, so as to realize the development of the whole industrial chain of in-depth integration of phosphorus resources with "resources to rely on, technology advantages, and product characteristics", and to carry out the efficient utilization of phosphorus resources to the end.
