"Since the 18th National Congress of the Communist Party of China, we have insisted on taking the construction of teachers as the basic work. **The general secretary has always been concerned about the majority of teachers, and has made a series of important instructions on the construction of the teacher team, emphasizing that teachers are the foundation of education and the source of education, and calling on teachers to be good teachers and "four guides". In order to give full play to the advantages of normal students and disciplines, and put what they have learned in theory into practice, in January 2024, the winter vacation social practice team of the School of History and Culture of Qufu Normal University launched an activity to "cultivate the teaching altar and cast the soul of teachers, strengthen teachers to build a foundation and empower new energy", so as to promote the development of education and culture.
On January 15th, the team of "Ploughing the Teaching Altar to Cast the Soul of Teachers, Strengthening Teachers to Build Foundations and Empower New Energy" held the first online meeting to exchange and discuss the social practice activities of educational resources and teaching practices, clarify the relationship between educational resources and teaching as the key objects, and classify and deploy specific practical tasks according to the actual situation of team members. In order to enhance the rationality and pertinence of the practice, the main tasks were refined into "on-site interview and research" and "offline questionnaire research".

On the morning of January 16, the practical activities began in an orderly manner. On the same day, Wang Ruimin, the leader of the practice team, approached the China Teachers Museum and had a dialogue with the group. Under the leadership of the explanation group, the captain Wang Ruimin visited the exhibition hall of the traceability, the exhibition area of the famous teacher's hall, and the teacher's group image hall and gave a "teacher's micro drama". From the aspects of educational content, educational methods, and educational purposes, the great deeds of Confucius, the originator of teachers, are told, and the title of teachers, the evolution of teachers' responsibilities, and the germination, generation, and unification of modern teaching materials are introduced in detail.

After that, the practice team members were divided into two groups to carry out different activities. A group of practice team members carried out field interviews and research, approached the high school alma mater or nearby junior and senior high schools to interview teachers, and truly felt the work of teachers. On January 16, Zheng Jiahui, a member of the practice team, visited her alma mater, Leling No. 1 Middle School, and had a conversation with Teacher Sun of Class 22 of the third year of high school. The two sides carried out the development and changes of Leling No. 1 Middle School, and learned that its teachers and hardware equipment have been greatly improved, but the curriculum and practical activities still need to be strengthened, and Zheng Jiahui, a member of the practice team, answered many questions in professional fields. Xu Wenli, a member of the practice team, also visited Weifang Experimental Middle School to discuss teacher training with Teacher Yang and Teacher Fan, and learned that the school carried out a 100-day exchange meeting for new teachers to share their experiences, answer questions, carry out practical research activities, and help teachers grow with the red spirit. At the same time, we also focus on building intimate relationships between teachers and between teachers and students. Practice team member Li Qi paid a return visit to his alma mater, Changle and No. 1 Middle School, and practice team member Liu Jiaxin visited Yingcai Middle School. At the same time, the practice team members also visited the school history museum, Confucius Museum and other ways to understand the fine fashion of their predecessors and deepen the spirit of teachers.

Another group of practice team members is responsible for collecting questions about the current situation of education, classroom culture, and education improvement, and Li Qi, a member of the practice team, integrates and forms a systematic questionnaire to carry out a combination of online and offline questionnaire research. Through the integration of the survey, we noticed that many teachers reported that with the development of technology, more and more technologies such as tablets and touch screens have been introduced into the classroom. This is a huge change for some teachers, especially older teachers. New technologies have disrupted traditional teaching methods, and they recognize that new technologies can lead to more active classrooms and more comprehensive outreach. However, how to adapt and effectively use this opportunity and challenge requires the efforts of teachers and further training in schools. The team firmly believes that in the future, education and technology will become more and more closely linked.

The issue of teacher development is an issue faced by every normal student, and it is also an issue of close concern to society and the state. Through this practical activity, the practice team members have a deep understanding of the conditions required to become an excellent teacher, as well as the future development direction of teachers, and laid the foundation for future teacher work.
