James' 11,000 rebounds milestone is the first active player and the 31st man in history, nearly 40,000 points!
On Feb. 4, the 39-year-old James recovered from injury when he broke his career record of 11,000 rebounds in Beijing, making him the 31st player in NBA history and the most active players, and his season total is constantly approaching 40,000 points.
In the matchup with the Knicks, James missed a game with the Celtics due to injury, while the rest of the Lakers were smiling because of James' absence, Reaves scored 32 points and 7 3-pointers, leading the team to a big kill and crushing the Celtics in one fell swoop.
Now, James is coming back to the game, grabbing 10,995 rebounds in his professional season before the game starts, and just five rebounds can break the all-time record of 11 rebounds. In his first 44 appearances of the season, James averaged 75 rebounds.
Not only did James grab five rebounds, but he also set a personal season total of 11,000 points, the 31st of all time. He surpassed Bill Bridge in the 1975 season with 11,054 rebounds.
James is currently the first man in the league to grab 11,000 rebounds. Three of the three who were active got more than 10,000 rebounds, and they were the three rebounders who were active:
No. 1: James with 11,000+ rebounds.
Second value: Jordan 10,461 rebounds.
Third place: Drummond with 10,370 rebounds.
