Autumn recruitment is only once in a lifetime, and if you miss it, there will be no more, so you must grasp the opportunity brought by autumn recruitment, otherwise when it comes to spring recruitment, students who have been ashore in autumn recruitment, students who have finished the postgraduate entrance examination, students who have been preparing for half a year will come together to compete for fewer and fewer positions, and the form will be more unclear.

In addition, there is also my personal principle of doing things, that is, to be relaxed in mentality and thinkingDon't give yourself a way out, don't keep thinking that you can't do this thing and have other options, but put all your energy on autumn recruitment and sprint with all your might.

Students who have time can read the company's JD carefully, and go online in advance to understand the company's business and system, and prepare projects and resumes in a targeted manner.

For example, if you want to enter DJI's system, you can have a "quadcopter" project on your resume, and you will be able to have a further understanding of the aircraft business, the understanding of PID algorithm parameter tuning, and the transplantation of ROS2 during the interview0 system, if you can say one or two, then the interviewer will think that this young man has a solid foundation and is very good!!

First of all, it must be admitted that the employment environment is a factor, but more often than not, the student's own resume (or the way in which it is delivered) is problematic.

1) Is it really impossible to find a job studying computer science? Or is it survivor bias, not talking when you find a job, and complaining about groups that can't find a job?

2) Is it the best solution for you to change careers or give up suddenly? What kind of jobs are you suitable for besides computers? Is it easy to find other jobs?

If you don't learn computers, there are better options, then of course you don't have to; But if you just because of these statements and some short-term failures, you can easily give up the technology you have studied for a few years and try other directions, and you can get a job?

It is better to look at problems rationally and objectively and do what you have to do than to complain or do nothing.

The so-called connection is to get to know as many industry leaders as possible and accumulate contacts.

To take the simplest example, if a company only hires one person, you are the interviewer, and there are two candidates, one is your friend and the other is someone you don't know at all, which person will you admit?
