On February 1, Yu Bo, Secretary of the Party Group and Director of the Qujing Municipal Market Supervision and Administration Bureau, visited and condoled with the members of the village-based team in Shangcun Township, Huize County, and had a discussion with the Secretary of the Township Party Committee and other members of the leading group.
The meeting pointed out that at the end of the year, the village-based work teams should strengthen safety supervision in the field of market supervision on the basis of doing a good job in the village, combined with the functions and responsibilities of the department. Strengthen the safety investigation of flammable and explosive places such as township gas stations, gas distribution stations, and restaurants that use natural gas as fuel, pay close attention to the operation of fireworks and firecrackers, strengthen the safety risk management and control of storage, operation, transportation and other links, and guide residents to set off fireworks and firecrackers safely and civilly, and eliminate hidden dangers; Control the food safety of rural Spring Festival gatherings and catering, strengthen supervision of food materials and alcohol, and cut off potential food safety hazards from the source. Second, we must conduct a comprehensive investigation and do a good job in risk resolution. Further do a good job of providing service guarantees for those who have returned to their hometowns for migrant work, promptly investigate and resolve social contradictions and disputes, and conduct thorough investigations and timely mediation for special populations; increase publicity and education on the safety of villagers burning fires and electricity in winter, and arouse the attention of villagers; Closely monitor all geological disaster points, and report and deal with abnormal situations in a timely manner.
The meeting emphasized that the cadres stationed in the village should strengthen their awareness, improve their political position, especially in the upcoming Spring Festival, safe production and life are the top priority, consolidate the regulatory responsibilities of local and departments, and always put safety work in the first place.
