To those who have been traumatized and who continue to suffer from trauma

Wen Hui, who was in high school, was short-tempered, anxious, and insomnia, and he had been taking psychotropic drugs prescribed by doctors to relieve him. However, psychotropic drugs are dangerous and are not good to take for a long time.

When Wen Hui was in the fourth grade, one day, a classmate told the teacher that Wen Hui stole his pen, Wen Hui denied it, and then the teacher found his classmate's pen in his drawer. Because the pen was not stolen by Wen Hui, he told the teacher that he didn't know why the pen was in his drawer, and the teacher called him a thief in front of the whole class, and called his parents to school. At that time, his parents believed in the teacher and did not believe him, although later his parents learned the truth, but Wenhui's nightmare began. For the next two years, he was often ridiculed by his classmates, saying that he was a thief and that no one was his friend. When he entered junior high school, ridicule turned into bullying, and Wen Hui was often pushed by other boys and beaten by boys in the same class. The bullying of his classmates did not stop until he entered high school.

Wen Hui's current situation and the fact that he relies on psychotropic drugs are actually caused by the trauma he has suffered.

We experience trauma with after-effects. For example, when a soldier returns to his hometown after the war, as long as he hears a loud noise, he hides under the table and cannot move.

When the level of trauma we are traumatized can greatly affect our relationships, health, and life functioning, then our body will determine that the level of danger will explode.

When the level of danger is determined by the body to be at a higher level, the emotional memory of this trauma is stored differently than the normal painful memory. The usual painful memory loses detail over time, and if nothing like that happens afterward, it fades away. However, if the body determines that the original trauma is an existential matter, such as a car accident, war, ** or a relationship that almost broke down, such as an affair or betrayal, then the body will put this emotional memory into a permanent storage place.

If the body puts memories into a permanent storage place, such memories will remain clear forever and will not lose detail over time. Because the body wants us to remember what kind of situation will affect our survival. Therefore, we can always remember the trauma so clearly, and more than ten or twenty years later, we can still recount the feeling at that time in great detail.

Trauma is often ongoing, most commonly from domestic violence, and the symptoms of the traumatized person are getting worse. In this way, the cerebellar reflex of the traumatized person will become more and more obvious, and his relationship with others will become more and more strained. This is what Wenhui experienced.

The teacher who originally traumatized him is no longer his teacher, which means that the source of his trauma has been removed. But when he gets along with his parents, the symptoms are still very noticeable, and they are getting worse. Because one of the traumas came from his parents not believing in him. Wenhui's mother said they had told him later that they were wrong and that they should have believed Wenhui. However, why did Wen Hui's symptoms continue to worsen? We should not doubt emotions, but analyze why they appear in the same place. The answer is that later, when Wen Hui took a bath for a long time, kept washing his hands or was in a mood, they liked to tell him, "Just don't think about it" and "You just think too much", which will make Wen Hui explode.

Wen Hui's parents denied Wen Hui's emotions and feelings, as if they didn't believe that Wen Hui hadn't stolen his classmate's pen. Therefore, denying Wen Hui is a continuous trauma**, and with the passage of time, his symptoms will not lessen, but will intensify.

There are a lot of traumatized people who are constantly hurt, mainly because their source of trauma cannot be removed! For example, Wen Hui had to live with his parents. There are also people whose spouses have repeatedly had affairs, and when they want to get back together, their source of trauma is still living with them.

These patients who are constantly traumatized either have the source of the trauma removed altogether or accept it**. Otherwise, the constant rise in stress hormones will definitely seriously affect the health of these people, and in addition to this, it may also have a negative impact on their future relationships.

For example, the source of Wenhui's trauma is the teacher, so when he gets along with other teachers, it is easy for him to use the cerebellum to communicate, so he often conflicts with the teacher. If the disease does not have **, he is likely to enter the workplace with this disease, and he is likely to continue to use the cerebellum to communicate when he gets along with his boss. Conflict with a teacher may only affect your studies, but conflict with your boss can affect your career.

People with severe trauma can try the "bury your former you" method (please refer to my previous article "Say goodbye to the painful and insecure you before") and rub a little perfume on your favorite perfume during the "bury your former you" ritual. Our sense of smell is completely tied to our memory center, so when we are making new memories, if we can be tied to this smell, we are likely to feel safe and be able to calm down relatively quickly when we smell this smell.

Thank you for your attention, like and collect, I hope more people can see this article, pay attention to life, trigger life insights, spread positive energy, on the road of life, may we be happy in the suffering, all the way!
