On November 28, 2023, the National Energy Administration issued a notice on organizing and carrying out the application of the fourth batch of major technical equipment in the energy field. Recently, the provincial-level administrative regions have declared the fourth batch of recommended lists of the first (set) major technical equipment projects in the energy field.

Up to now, except for Shaanxi, ** and Hubei, the three provinces have not announced the declaration list, and the rest of the provincial-level administrative regions have announced the corresponding lists (except for Hong Kong, Macao and Taiwan). According to the statistics of Hydrogen Cloud Chain, 28 provincial-level administrative regions have declared a total of 24 hydrogen energy-related first (set) technical equipment, as shown in Figure 1.

Shijiazhuang ENRIC Gas Machinery Co., Ltd. developed 300MPa carbon fiber winding hydrogen cylinder and tube bundle container.

Shanghai Shunhua New Energy System developed a 35MPa hydrogen refueling gun for fuel cell electric vehicles.

Zhejiang Lanneng Hydrogen Energy Technology Co., Ltd. developed a 90MPa hydrogen storage cylinder container group for hydrogen refueling stations.

The key equipment of the 10t d hydrogen liquefaction system declared by Jiangsu Province.

The 5-ton natural hydrogen liquefier developed by the Technical Institute of Physics and Chemistry of the Chinese Academy of Sciences.

The 90MPa commercial hydrogen refueling station diaphragm compressor developed by Guangdong Foran Tiangao Fluid Machinery and Equipment.

4 projects related to hydrogen production and hydrogen production equipment:

The alkaline catalytic electrode for hydrogen production by water electrolysis developed by Chengdu Juna New Material Technology Co., Ltd.

The megawatt-level PEM water electrolysis hydrogen production test platform jointly developed by the Dalian Institute of Chemical Physics, Chinese Academy of Sciences, Yulin Zhongke Clean Energy Innovation Research Institute, and Dalian Yuke Innovation Technology.

A 200kw high-temperature hydrogen production device jointly developed by Shanghai Institute of Applied Physics, Chinese Academy of Sciences and Shanghai Hydrogen Cheng Technology.

Jilin Electric Power Co., Ltd. developed a large-scale photovoltaic off-grid DC hydrogen production control system.

4 projects related to hydrogen power generation:

The 30MW hydrogen-rich gas turbine generator set jointly developed by AECC Gas Turbine and Henan Liyuan Group Gas Turbine.

A 2MW fuel cell cogeneration system developed by Henan Yu Hydrogen Power.

Shanghai Electric Gas Turbine *** developed 15% volume ratio hydrogen doped F-class heavy-duty gas turbine (330MW class) and control system localized.

Edelman Hydrogen Energy Equipment*** Hydrogen fuel distributed generation system jointly developed by Zhejiang University.

Biomass gasification coupled with green hydrogen to green methanol technology and complete equipment developed by Shanghai Electric Luyuan Technology (Jilin)**.

Guangdong Taiji Power Technology Co., Ltd. developed an off-grid wind, solar, hydrogen, and electric energy storage device.

The fuel cell concrete mixer truck developed by Sany Automobile Manufacturing Co., Ltd.

Hefei Hydrogen Poly Technology Co., Ltd. is a zero-carbon fuel ammonia off-highway wide-body dump truck based on cloud** monitoring.

Harbin Engineering University and Harbin North Shipbuilding Industry Co., Ltd. jointly developed the key technology and demonstration application of cold inland methanol diesel dual-fuel power pushing boat.

Jiujiang Jiangxin Science and Technology Industry Development is a hydrogen fuel cell commercial ship developed by ***.
