Record the data and prepare to go to the next place, with special attention to municipal intersections and densely populated areas. ”
At noon on January 26, Jian Shuliang, the line inspector of Wansheng Branch of Yuchuan Gas Co., Ltd., took the equipment to carry out daily pipeline inspection on the streets of Wansheng City.
The gas supply area of Wansheng Branch of Yuchuan Gas Co., Ltd., where Jian Shuliang is located, includes Wansheng City, Montenegro Area and Branch Road Area, with a wide gas supply area and a large number of gas users. "With the temperature dropping in winter and the recent cold spell, we have increased the frequency and intensity of inspections. Jian Shuliang said.
On the same day, it had just rained in Lianchi Village, Wanbei Community, Wansheng Street, and the road was very slippery.
There are 26 valve wells, 408 pressure regulating boxes, and more than 50 kilometers of pipelines in the area under my jurisdiction, and I must inspect them every day to rest assured. Jian Shuliang told reporters that although most of the inspections can be ridden, there are still some areas with poor road conditions that need to be reached on foot, and it is necessary to walk more than 20 kilometers a day.
In addition to daily inspections, we sometimes receive a 'gas sentinel' alarm and have to rush to the scene immediately for inspection and disposal. The "gas sentinel" in Jian Shuliang's mouth is the monitoring equipment installed by the company at the commercial blocks, square districts, municipal intersections and geological sensitive points in the whole district, which carries out real-time monitoring of gas facilities, pipeline networks and users in the region, and transmits the detection information back to the safety monitoring platform at the first time to achieve efficient real-time early warning.
On the same day, the reporter followed Zou Dingzhang, the head of the company's production team, to a valve well, and after opening the manhole cover, he saw that the "gas sentinel" above the valve was monitoring the gas composition in real time. "If there is a leak in the underground gas pipeline or the combustible gas concentration in the area exceeds the standard, the 'gas sentinel' will give an alarm, transmit the value to the smart screen, and the relevant person in charge will also receive an alarm on his mobile phone, and then issue instructions to the repair personnel, and the repair personnel will arrive at the scene for retesting and disposal. Zou Dingzhang said.
It is understood that at present, there are a total of 731 kilometers of gas pipeline network in Wansheng District, 14 patrol rangers and 2 inspection work vehicles carry out full-coverage safety inspections every week, and there are 101 "gas sentinels" for real-time monitoring.
We are confident in ensuring the stability of gas supply in winter and allowing the masses to stay warm in winter. Jian Shuliang said.
