Which website is better to go to to find a job

Mondo Workplace Updated on 2024-02-27

I am also a member of the job search now, I am over 30 years old, I have left my job for less than a year now, I have changed my city life, and I don't know so much about this new city.

Although I have been in the workplace for many years, I have been working in a company, and I have less experience in looking for a job again. For me personally, the main factors to consider when looking for a job are as follows:

First, familiar areas.

You must find a field that you are familiar with, otherwise it will be difficult and difficult to adapt at the beginning. I used to work in the ** department of listed companies, and now I am in the city, and there is very little work in this area. At the beginning of submitting resumes, I found that HR ignored people, and I couldn't figure out whether I was not suitable or the efficiency here was slow. I have been working in the field I am familiar with for a long time, and I want to find a job in this area, and I am relatively quick to get started, and I am familiar with all aspects of the regulations, and the probability of making mistakes is relatively low. Now I can only find a few more recruits** and submit more resumes to know whether it is useful.

Second, commuting time.

In the new city, the traffic is really incomparable with the first-tier cities, and it takes more than 1 hour at every turn. When looking for a job, distance is also very important, if you find a good job, but it is far away from home, this estimate cannot be considered, the commute is too long, and it takes too much time to commute to work, which is not a good thing, and I want to spend more time with my children.

Third, space for development.

The development space of each company is different, although it is the same position, but the promotion mechanism of different companies is different. I hope that I can find a job with a clear upward path, such a company is better, and the company system can be implemented well. If a company has a vague upward path, it is possible that you have been doing this work for many years, and there is no room for development at all, and it is likely that you have been messing around all the time and have no hope.

Fourth, salary level.

I don't have high requirements for salary level, as long as it reaches the industry average, after all, in addition to salary income, I also have investment income and so on.

Fifth, the office environment.

If the office environment is very poor and the company atmosphere is average, then the company's personnel turnover must be very large. What I like is that colleagues in the same department can get along well, everyone works hard to complete the work together, there is no intrigue, only work together, get things done together, and reduce overtime time. I was like that in my last job, my colleagues got along well and everyone worked hard for one goal.

These are the five main factors I consider when looking for a job, and I believe that it is only a matter of time before I can find a suitable job. Dear friends, what are the main factors you consider when looking for a job?
