Third, space for development.
The development space of each company is different, although it is the same position, but the promotion mechanism of different companies is different. I hope that I can find a job with a clear upward path, such a company is better, and the company system can be implemented well. If a company has a vague upward path, it is possible that you have been doing this work for many years, and there is no room for development at all, and it is likely that you have been messing around all the time and have no hope.
Fourth, salary level.
I don't have high requirements for salary level, as long as it reaches the industry average, after all, in addition to salary income, I also have investment income and so on.
Fifth, the office environment.
If the office environment is very poor and the company atmosphere is average, then the company's personnel turnover must be very large. What I like is that colleagues in the same department can get along well, everyone works hard to complete the work together, there is no intrigue, only work together, get things done together, and reduce overtime time. I was like that in my last job, my colleagues got along well and everyone worked hard for one goal.
