Wide current range: 065a、1a、1.5a.1a.5a、3a、3.4A and seven current limiting gears are optional, and the application is flexible

High-precision current limiting: ultra-low offset op amp is adopted, and the current limiting accuracy is up to 8%.

Low temperature rise: Built-in 45M P-channel MOSFET, SOT23-5L package achieves 3A continuous load current, and has ultra-low power consumption and temperature rise

True shutdown: the reverse current is less than 25ua, safer and more energy-saving;

Safe and reliable: input under-voltage protection, over-current protection, short-circuit protection, anti-backfill protection, over-temperature protection, output intelligent discharge, etc.

In order to get the best chip performance, the power input capacitor C1 is as close as possible to the VIN and GND pins of the chip, and the output capacitor C2 is as close as possible to the OUT and GND pins of the chip

It is recommended to connect GND to a large area to further reduce the temperature rise of the chip

The en pin is the enabling control pin of the chip, and there is no pull-up or pull-down resistor inside, so it cannot be suspended when in use.

The fault flag output pin can be connected to the I O port of the MCU to realize the protection fault reporting functions such as over-current, over-temperature, and short circuit, and if this function is not used, the pin can be suspended.
