As of 2023, the new energy vehicle service network of the underground railway has been deployed in more than 200 cities and operates more than 100,000 new energy logistics vehicles. According to the latest ESG report of the above-ground railway, in the two years of 2022 and 2023, the above-ground iron has reduced carbon emissions by 279095 tons, and has gathered chains to move forward with 934 new enterprise customers, serving a total of 5,523 corporate customers and 400,000 driver partners, and witnessing the large-scale and intensive development of urban logistics in a low-carbon way.
At the same time, the overground railway has also simplified the complex, continued to build the ability from 1 to 10, completed the full life cycle operation of new energy logistics vehicles, and created a small super repair platform. As of 2023, the maintenance platform of the underground railway has 800+ maintenance stations across the country, with a total of more than 500,000 service trips, and the overall maintenance efficiency has increased by 11%, becoming a new choice for more than 10,000 customer-owned vehicles.
More than n individuals, the underground railway also has the strength to create the Internet of Everything, interconnecting millions of charging piles into a network, like a green ribbon connecting people's work and life. In 2023, more than 300,000 drivers will complete more than 12 million charging orders through the Metro APP, with a cumulative charging capacity of 300 million kWh. Through intelligent charging planning, drivers have reduced the driving distance by 30 million kilometers and saved more than 10 million yuan.
In addition to aggregation and interconnection, the underground railway has always adhered to the spirit of "simplicity", explored technical efficiency and intelligent innovation, and treated every vehicle and everyone in the whole life cycle with a sincere "Youdao" heart. In 2023, the underground railway will actively complete 440 million high-risk safety warnings for 480 enterprise customer docking systems, with a high-risk intervention rate of 98%, a year-on-year reduction of 17% of the accident rate, and 24,534 vehicle safety inspections for customers, saving 6,134 hours for customers and increasing the efficiency of the effective time of vehicle operation by more than 10%.
Following the establishment of a joint venture company focusing on the operation of urban electric commercial vehicles in Singapore in 2022, in 2023, the underground railway has accumulated 500+ new energy logistics vehicles to the sea, accelerating global standardized output, improving green logistics and distribution, and contributing to the carbon neutrality goal in Southeast Asia and even the world. In December 2023, the underground railway will appear at the 28th United Nations Climate Change Conference, as a representative of outstanding enterprises, to demonstrate the practical experience of carbon neutrality action, and work together with the world to respond to global climate change.
